I came in on a sunday night. it was busy so I gave the benefit of the doubt with how things will take time. My partners meal came out. she checked on us and said the pizza was ready first so they sent it out and that my meal should be shortly behind it. my partner finished her food completely by the next time she stopped by asking us if we wanted desserts. I still never got my burger. asked her about it and said I simply don’t want it anymore. She then proceeded to be so confused on the matter claiming she’d go look for it. mind you 54 minutes had passed. she came out with a burger that could of been sitting for who knows how long and I again was just ready to go. she comped it off our check still leaving us at a 52$ meal. money isn’t an issue and was happy to get the burger and was even thinking of dessert. just a horrible way it was handled. in the midst of all of this chaos never once did we see a manager. not that it’s required. just would of made more sense to speak to someone about the matter. I understand things get busy but this whole experience really turned me off from ever wanting to try this location again.

This place never disappoints. There was something going on on international drive for the world cup so it was super busy but we still got seated in 20 minutes and the food didnt disappoint. BJ's always hits the spot.

Thought this was a lovely place. Food was great too. Would defo go back and handy if staying on I Drive close to the big mcdonalds

Our server was Jeff, and he was the best server I have ever had in all my years on eating food (I like eating a lot). Jeff was so charismatic and helpful and he connected with the youth. The boss of Jeff should give him a raise because he works extremely hard to give guests a good experience. We love Jeff!!!

jeff was our server and he was AMAZING. i would die for jeff if he asked me to. he is the most wonderful person ever, and he loved our performance. i love jeff so much that i would walk to orlando from virginia again just to see him. he knows ball on pizookie. he is an excellent server, and is so kind. he is truly in connection with the youth, and he loves 6-7. below is a photo of our table and jeff. 10/10 no notes.

Popped in on the first night of our holiday for a drink. Huge selection of beers and spirits plus own brews as well. Met a great bar man, sorry I can't remember his name. He was very friendly and welcoming. Went back another day for food as my husband want steak and they cater for coeliacs, which we require. All the food was great, steak 10/10. GF pizza 10/10. All staff very friendly, would highly recommend a visit or 2

I like the food here, and it is usually not overly packed, and prices are reasonable.

My party and I just came back from a wonderful late night dinner here. Zee was our waitress and she provided exceptional service, answering my table’s questions and making sure to continually check in on us. Food came out nice and fresh, and of course we always enjoy the pizzookies!

Food and service were great. Victoria was amazing. She gave excellent service!!

Our waiter Jeff was the best part part he’s a great waiter that’s kind to everyone if I could rate his services out of 5 stars it would be 5 stars.

Albe was our server and she did any amazing job serving us. I got the fried chicken dinner my mashed potatoes and corn were cold and my sugar cookie for my strawberry pazooki was under cooked. I didn't complain about the food because I know she didn't cook it. Other than that Able was amazing 👏 as a server.

Albe was my server she did an excellent job. The atmosphere was great. The food was great. I’m definitely are coming back. My server did such a great job She was pleasant. She made my experience great.

Always like the food and atmosphere at BJS. This 1 was just ok. The service was slow. Food coming out was slow. We were in at 1030pm not a real busy time. Most likely past thier prime time hours.

Victoria was very sweet. I like that she was easy to relate to.
