Hostess, server Kamelya, and floor manager were all amazing and very attentive. Zero wait for a seat, we were told to pick a seat and the hostess promptly brought out menus. Kamelya made sure that everything I ordered aligned with my food allergy requests (dairy) and let me know if something did have dairy. The bar drinks were perfect. The sampler appetizer had the potential to be absolutely amazing, as the chicken strips and mozzarella sticks were awesome. The fried pickles and onion rings were clumped together respectively when they were fried so both appetizers were each a huge clumped mess of undercooked breading. I pointed it out to Kamelya, she offered to make it right with zero hesitation which was amazing, I opted not to have any more of the appetizer brought to the table, no ill will to anyone. Kamelya made sure to check on us, informed me beforehand of the time it takes to make my wings extra, extra crispy, brought out our entrees piping hot. The atmosphere was great, they have Touch Tunes so I was able to play a few of my favorite songs. Great service and great atmosphere!

This is one of the only BWW'S that feels less like their traditional franchised stores, and more like a "homier" type of hometown bar kinda feel.

If I could rate this location as 0 for my service experience I absolutely would! The good wasn't to bad but the service was absolutely trash 😒. If you don't like your job find something you do enjoy 😉. I will not visit this location again as I felt like it was uncomfortable how I was served.

Average buffalo wild wings with good deals! We stopped here on a night with cheaper apps and had a nice server who seemed like a college student. Near UCF and dependable imo!!

I have never had to leave a review on food in at least 15 years. Listen, I ordered takeout. All three burgers were overcooked to straight up hockey pucks. I understand smash burger but holy crap guys this is definitely wild, on top of them not being seasoned. I can’t even rate the food a one star. It was that bad. So bad I do not foresee fixing this issue or see it worth replacing. There is no way you torch all three burgers. Check on your cooks. Maybe a bad day or they genuinely hate their job. Just bizarrely torched. SMH

Very poorly managed. Walked in at 1245 sat at a table nobody came over walked to the front desk 2 employees on the phone, said I have been here for 15 mins just shook their heads Place was very empty I think it’s time for new management.

Good food and screens playing the games. After my meal I got scolded by my waitress Melinda for not tipping via the screen. I was going to leave cash but being scolded for not tipping before having the opportunity to felt bad.

Awesome customer service. Nick was so cool sweet and funny.

Very clean space, atmosphere is great; very wide, no wait time for a table. Hands down a great place to bring out the family out on a Sunday. The waiters are nice. The food is great, a bit pricey for only 2 mushroom burgers with a side of fries, still very tasty.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The hostess was extremely rude from the start. When we asked for a high chair, she literally dropped it at my feet and almost hurt my toes. It felt careless and very unprofessional. On top of that, the food was underwhelming—quite plain and lacking flavor. For the price, I honestly expected much better quality and service. Overall, the experience did not match the cost at all. I wouldn’t recommend it based on the service and value.

This is what a Buffalo Wild Wings should be… sports fans and wing lovers in a positive environment! My server Nick was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, quick and anticipated my table’s needs. If you are local or visiting UCF visit this location :)

Disappointing on how long it took to receive my order, over an hour. The waiter was friendly and occasionally he would ask if I needed anything but did not give me an update about my order. After expressing my concern about this it was concluded that my order was lost. Mistakes happen but when you don’t take care of the customer and don’t offer an apology, that tells me customer skills need improvement

Cameron is a great server, im very thankful I had him for our server while we came in and he was very friendly and funny. Thank you for hiring this dude

When I asked for my drinks prior to getting my to-go order, my server decided to give a lecture to me to NOT lie about getting my drinks if somebody asks if I received them. I'm a paying customer, and would've appreciated not being treated like I'm going to pilfer a couple sodas from BWW.

Young gentlemen, hostess with dreads set nine people before acknowledging me standing right there in front of him gave me my food, but then proceeded to handle another customer before finishing up with me

Ordered 2 of the appetizer sampler and it was packaged well and really good. All the sauces were in there too and they gave a big ranch. Would like to try more

We absolutely love this place! It’s become our go-to spot for date nights. The food, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. We truly appreciate Sophia’s attention to detail and hospitality.

Always so loud in there. Rude staff. Expensive wings

It was pretty loud. We were almost the last customers of the day. The music playing over the intercom was particularly loud. My food portion was somewhat small. Kind of Flavorful but not significantly so. I had Street Tacos. Now that chocolate caramel drizzled martini was out of this world.

All in all we were disappointed. Server had just gotten a 20 top. We stood until someone finally walked up and said sit where you like. Sat there for quite a while until the young man that had the 20 top asked if he could take our order. Saw several other servers and bartenders that could have offered to help the guy, he had a great attitude even though he was way overwhelmed. Food was decent, runner brought out food without silver, never had anyone else ask if we needed anything. It appeared a few more waitstaff came in close to 6:00. I think I would go elsewhere based on this experience… booths were in pretty bad shape, could have actually snagged clothing, again rough experience overall. Does corp BWW ever get out to see what’s going on? Perhaps more $ on staff and upkeep and less on cool commercials?

Update! Just visited this past weekend and Hailey was one terrific server! The food was excellent and her sweet smile and personality made for a fun visit! I love getting their chicken wrap. You can choose sauce or a rub and I got the buffalo rub on the shredded chicken. Absolutely delicious! You also can't go wrong with the pretzel bites there. Football on the screens and a fun atmosphere.
