CHEDDAR'S CASUAL CAFE

Thanks to our server Jonah tonight for making our date night extra special! My partner can’t eat certain foods due to the pregnancy and he was able to accommodate and help us out with our plate after receiving the serving at the table! He was very kind and provided exceptional service. We are excited to come back again!

Food was horrible! I give this place chance after chance, food is always terrible!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars — Never Disappoints! Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is easily one of my favorite go-to spots, and this latest visit reminded me exactly why. I came in with a group of friends, and right from the start, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Our waitress was exceptionally hospitable and helpful with getting our table set up and making sure we were taken care of. The kitchen was incredibly fast—our food was out in about 10 to 15 minutes max, and everything arrived freshly cooked, hot, and perfectly prepared. I ordered my usual staple: the Chicken Tender Platter with French fries and broccoli. The tenders were beautifully golden and crispy, just the way they should be. The absolute highlight, though, was trying their new Fried Apple Pie for dessert. It was phenomenal! The empanada-style crust was wonderfully flaky and warm, packed with a sweet, gooey apple filling. Pairing it with the cool vanilla ice cream and that warm cinnamon-apple drizzle made it next-level good. Amazing food, fantastic service, and a great experience with friends. Totally worth it and absolutely worth visiting again!

Received a text that said order was ready by 6:50, I park and fill out the information regarding where I parked and it says food will be out shortly. I wait 20 minutes and nothing, I call the restaurant and they proceed to put me on hold for another 15. I walk inside and was not acknowledged by the waitress at the stand who was standing there the entire time until finally she decided to address me and I am taken to the to-go stand where they are completely rude and hand me my food without a word. I leave only to notice that they got my order wrong once I got home…nice

Mateo our server tonight are excellent. His very attentive and friendly. I try to put this comment to the tablet in our table but it time’s up.

Ribs so tough you need a knife

The food was really good and prices were pretty reasonable. I ate ribs and my wife ate fish over rice. The food was really good😋. Our server she was really busy but did a great job anyway. The atmosphere decent It was not overly noisy. My wife and I asked to change tables because we got really cold where we were sitting. And they were quick to move us. I recommend Chaddar's. To anyone looking to just relax and eat dinner I appreciate it that very much.

Never disappoints, always good food and nice staff.

Milka was our server and she was the most amazing and wonderful server we ever had! I litterally have never had better service at a restaurant till today! We loved her and she was super attentive and fast! She was so very very kind! Couldn’t asked for better! 💕😄

Definitely this restaurant keeps getting worse every time. Today was too much — the service was really bad, the food was terrible, and they didn’t understand how we ordered the food. The floor was very wet and my wife slipped. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back here again.We were celebrating my daughter’s graduation, and what a terrible experience.

Food was delicious, waiter was attentive and food arrived in a timely manner.

Had a wonderful experience at this location on a Sunday evening. Our server was absolutely amazing, I wish I could remember his name! The food was hot, delicious and came out fast. They even quickly corrected my steak when it was over cooked. Will definitely return when I am in this area again

Out of state visitors from Ga. This is a warm and cozy comforting place. Great menu selection easy to be indecisive. Welcoming and friendly employees. 10/10 place to go
