A must try if you haven't. I love the bread and butter first off lol and shrimp pasta.

They have the best food and service

It is a great place and have nothing but good things to say about it!

Solid mall!

The start of our meal was awful but it greatly improved! We were sat very quickly but our server Paola whom we had at the beginning was very short, rude, and borderline aggressive. Additionally I've never had someone lean onto me before while getting things from the table especially since previously I had been handing it out so she wouldn't have to reach. Forty minutes after arriving we had only received one round of drinks. Several were empty and needing refills but she never came by. She checked on all her other tables several times but never once came by our table. Another server brought out our children's meals before our app even came out and we had asked about where that app might be. He also saw our empty drinks and asked if he could bring the manager over. During that time I'm guessing she was spoken to and Paola arrived again and was very aggressive and sarcastic in her comments. Again it was extremely noticable that she treated her other tables completely differently. At this point we didn't feel comfortable working with Paola anymore and Mason took over. He was absolutely incredible and saved the meal. He was very kind, polite, and on top of checking in to see if we need refills. We decided to take our cheesecakes home and he got those packaged up super fast. Both the manager Robert and Mason were delightful and why we will give this location another try.

The time from when we ordered our food to when it came was about 40 min of waiting. It’s faster to order to go than seating. The restaurant is very cold, bring a jacket.

Came for Father's day with my husband, our children and my Dad. Thank you for awesome food, great service and a beautiful restaurant with clean bathrooms! Thank you Jaoquana for excellent service!

When we came in we were greeted very nicely.When we were seated our server name was Zoe.She was extremely nice,professional and very attentive to what ever we needed.She checked on us throughout our dining experience.The atmosphere was pleasant.We will definitely come back!!The food and drinks were delicious.

Large selection food is always good

My kids and I had the Cheesecake Factory Saturday night June 20,2026. I ate the chicken Alfredo. I was the only one really sick the next morning. We left and later that night I was having really bad stomach cramps. Then when I woke up in the morning I was so dizzy and starting violently throwing up. I was perfectly fine before I ate there :( when I received the pasta it wasn’t even hott it was on the cooler side but I didn’t want to complain. It’s Monday and I can finally get out of bed. I have never been that sick before. My first time having food poisoning. I’m so glad my little boy didn’t want Alfredo that night and it was just me sick.

TL;DR - Jose. I literally came to write a review because of the impeccable level of service we got on Friday 6/19/26. We'd just stopped in for a quick club sandwich after mall shopping, and from the get-go, we had absolutely fantastic attention to detail from our server Jose. From the warm welcoming personality to the sauces he brought for my fries, and being on top of everything before we needed it from the moment we sat down, he was a breath of fresh air in the level of service.

Went to brunch here for the first time ever, as I usually only have come for late lunch or dinner. I brought my wife and my mom and they loved the breakfast and brunch options. My mom got the breakfast burrito and man was that thing huge and packed out, I got the breakfast sandwich but got it in a pita bread with the breakfast potatoes, I also got the waffles with the strawberries and chattily crème and wow was the waffle perfectly cooked and everything went so well together, I legitimately got full and could not stop eating the waffle haha, I had to stop even though I genuinely didn't want to lol. My wife got the steak and eggs, and everything was cooked to perfection, the steak a perfect medium, the eggs sunny side up and some good buttered toast. We loved it all, I would definitely go back for just that waffle for breakfast lol, it was that good.
