Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The direction of travel is downward across these 23 reviews. Front-of-house is the sore point: those reviews average 2.4. Wait times follows at 30% of reviews, where ratings average 1.7.
The split is 8 positive to 13 negative across 23 rated reviews, with 2 in the middle. No one in this corpus comments on how much food arrives at all. The single most common rating left here is 1 star (11 of 23).
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (80/100) with 2 high-priority and 4 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. The visit behind that grade was June 1, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 19% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited food from approved source and clean clothes.
If wait times is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Treat people equally. In there to pick up and order your cashier looks at me then away finally asks me then just calls out the name. I could see multiple orders on the table. Then another person comes in to pick up the order she immediately asks and then walks back herself to get the order and doesn't bother to also since she is already back there does not bother to check for the one I am picking up. Then goes back to pretending I am not standing there waiting

They forgot about my chips and queso

Horrible experience I went in 12 minutes before they were closing, food everywhere mixed with cleaning products food not in the hot case warmers products being used to clean where the toppings are without being covered. Not to mention there was four people working and they made me wait until they were done cleaning the food warmer area to offer to serve my plate. At that moment, the food had already been exposed and No one cared and turned me down. I took pictures of it. And I’m contacting the Department of health. I also reached out to the store several times the following day no one answered, as well as reached out to Anthony the field leader and no response. With the lack of communication between the management, there is where the issue is happening!

I went to to the Chipotle on University Blvd near corporate drive. The first lady who took the order and filled the rice/tortillas was great she greeted everyone one with a smile rest of the staff down the line looked miserable and looked annoyed and just want to rush you down the line. I arrived around 6:40pm and the fajita veggies were finished already and when I asked if I can wait for the next batch he flat out told me no and when I asked how long can I wait he said he doesn't no and said this is all you get. Very rude. The food was subpar. Chicken was dry and shredded like pork.

Long lines and nobody is in a rush to get the lines down. All meats were dried out. Then ran out of chicken at 7pm and said they were not making any more… why if you don’t close until midnight.

So loudy
-
I paid for double chicken & got one scoop…
-
The manager with red hair is so rude. Everytime I go the atmosphere is terrible. I would skip if she is serving.
-
Dependable for carry out orders! I always get similar orders with burritos and it’s pretty consistent with chipotle. Never eat in, though.
-
Dirty and missing napkins and silverware had to ask for them

I don’t have much to say on the chipotle itself, other than that the food is pretty consistently good. I know it’s an older location but still keeps up when it can. This is mainly to shoutout some of the workers, (as a regular) who I feel definitely stand out compared to others in my multiple experiences there. First of which would be William(according to the receipt). He was super patient with a guest in front of me even during such a big rush and was being super respectful to every person at the register. Takes a lot to slow things down in a rush like that. Second is Eddie, anyone who knows Eddie knows this is pretty obvious. He’s such a welcoming guy and always makes sure to talk to me and other guests if needed. Outstanding hospitality from both of them🫡

I usually love this specific Chipotle, but today, I had an interaction with THE RUDEST lady. I pulled up in the drive thru and she asked me my name. I gave her my name and she so nastily replied, “Um your order is for 11:30” then shut the window closed on me. Mind you, I’ve pulled up at 11:28. Can you believe she then had the audacity to give me my order at 11:33!? Followed with a big fat shut of her window again. Unbelievable.

30 minute wait during off peak time & staff don't speak English

I just now left that place and let me just tell you, they are rude. I come in and no one greets me or makes eye contact because they’re all making mobile order. Totally understandable! I literally don’t care, do what you have to do, I understand how annoying it is to have a bunch of mobiles. So I wait, eventually this tall white guy with brown hair comes over to make my bowl. He seems so annoyed that I’m there. I ask for white rice. He gives less than a full spoon. I ask for more, he gives such a little spoon full, like 1/8. This continues for the entire time we’re making my bowl. Giving me the tiniest amount, less than standard. Every time I ask for more, he gets more annoyed to the point he’s visibly annoyed at me.listen, I get it’s annoying to work with customers, trust me I have to work with them too. But if I’m paying $10 for a bowl, I’d like it to at least be made correctly

Clean place and friendly staff at this location.

Carlos was phenomenal great service
-
Best place for my Friday lunches
-
Been waiting in line for an hour. Got the the end and now they are making 20 online orders instead of moving the line. Online orders are bull
-
I never write reviews but this has to be shared. This is the worst chipotle bowl I ever received. The food was completely bland with no seasoning. Everything from the guac to the pico has no salt or lime juice. I wasted my money.
-
This is honestly the worst chipotle they are always missing something but always seem to have it for online orders make that make sense. For example no lettuce today however once I looked at their Togo stand there was lettuce I asked if I could have just a little and the man at the register said oh no I’m sorry that’s only for online orders.
-
why iare you giving somebody a bunch of pieces of fat and passing it off as steak? it happens literally every time. genuine question?
