Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average is a poor summary when the underlying reviews look like this. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.4 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 17 of 22. What nobody raises here is whether food comes out hot — it goes unmentioned across all 22 reviews. Of the 22 rated reviews, 20 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (86/100) with 1 high-priority and 6 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That result dates from February 18, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 32% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: food from approved source and cross-contamination.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Had a wonderful time doing the dining in the dark. Looking forward to going back again and getting the other option off the menu since this time I got the seafood and it was delightful, would like to see what else the menu offers.

I attended Dining in the Dark at the Citrus Club. The view, ambience, and food were top tier. It's a great place for date night or dinner with friends and family. I definitely will add this venue to my places to go in Orlando.

My girlfriend and attended the Dining in the Dark event, and while we genuinely enjoyed the experience itself, we left feeling disappointed by several unexpected charges that significantly increased the overall cost of the evening. When we purchased our tickets, the base ticket price appeared to be approximately $64 per person. After ticket fees and surcharges totaling $38.04, we expected our final cost to be around $136. However, at the conclusion of the event, we were surprised to discover an additional venue service charge of approximately $16 per person ($38 total) that had not been apparent to us during the purchasing process. As a result, our ticket costs ultimately increased to approximately $213 before we purchased any food or beverages. After ordering a bottle of wine and appropriately tipping our excellent server, our date night totaled nearly $350. Keep in mind too this was not including the $20 for parking too. Why not consider including this as a fee or validating the parking? Our concern is not necessarily the cost itself, but rather the lack of transparency regarding the full cost of the experience. Had we been aware of all fees upfront, we may have made a different decision about attending. Discovering an additional mandatory charge at the end of the evening left us feeling as though important pricing information had not been clearly communicated. We believe customers would benefit from seeing the complete expected cost of the experience during the booking…

“Dining in the Dark” at the Citrus Club in Orlando, FL was a total trip! Taking away sight makes every bite of the appetizer, main, and dessert feel like a brand-new discovery. It was easily one of the most unique meals I’ve ever had.

Best service, so peaceful. The food was great.

The Cirrus Club was the venue for Fever’s “Dining in the Dark” experience. Venue matters and this was a superb choice with convenient parking options. The dining room was gorgeous, the staff was top tier, and the food was great with generous portions. It is pricey but it’s a worthwhile experience. Read the FAQs before purchasing and before arriving to your meal and you won’t leave with any “surprise” fees. They’ve literally included all details imaginable.

I love this place so far. I'm a new member and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to be. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is top tier and the service is unparalleled. I feel welcomed and valued. So far, so good

My original review was much better, but after nearly a year in, have cancelled my membership. There were so many crazy billing issues I couldn't stay on top of them. Months after cancelling I'm still paying. Between that stress and the difficult restaurant experiences, I really don't recommend this. It's no Firehouse, that's for sure.

We truly could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding than the Citrus Club. From the moment our cocktail hour began through the end of the reception, everything was absolutely flawless. The venue itself is elegant, classy, and timeless, it created such a beautiful atmosphere for our special day. The food was nothing short of incredible. We had multiple guests tell us it was the “best food I’ve ever had,” and that says everything. Every course was top-notch and beautifully presented. The bartenders were true professionals, friendly, attentive, and clearly experts at what they do. But what made our experience truly unforgettable was the team, especially Elba and Arielle. These two women go far beyond their job descriptions. They were there every single step of the way attentive, organized, calming, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. They made us feel so special and taken care of, and they made the entire day feel effortless. And the communication throughout the entire process was easy! We feel incredibly blessed and lucky to have celebrated at the Citrus Club. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that combines elegance, outstanding food, and a team that truly cares, this is it. We are forever grateful. Thank you Citrus Club and Thank You Elba and Arielle!
