Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
If these 19 reviews agree on a topic, it is the staff. Reviewers who mention front-of-house rate this place 4.3 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, cleanliness appears most often — 21% of the corpus, averaging 4.3.
Of the 19 rated reviews, 13 sit at four stars or better and 3 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 19).
The kitchen graded a B (88/100) on 1 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 1 basic violations at its last inspection, which is roughly where the reviews sit too. The visit behind that grade was April 29, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. On health score it sits safer than 37% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored and handwash sinks accessible.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

My family had a fantastic time at this resort. The location is excellent. Easy to get around by car and seaworld is within walking distance. The rooms were excellent, clean and well maintained. We had a two bedroom in a very clean and lovely building. Very spacious and a good place to relax at the end of a long day. Lots of car parking available too. The reception area is very good with helpful staff always willing to assist in any questions. Thanks Jamemthia. The pool area is fantastic but can be busy at times. Open early and late which can help. The restaurant and bar is good but really needs an extension of hours...12pm to 9pm isn't ideal. Lots of sports activities available but again closing at 6pm isn't long enough. We would definitely use this resort again. Highly recommend for a visit to the Orlando area. Well worth the five stars.

So, we are here now until Friday! We are on day three and while we are very interested in joining the vacation club ownership…had our tour today and are doing a little more research and price comparisons, this will not be our property of choice if we use a studio. We have been in studios at other properties…this one—the bathrooms are so small there are buses and RVs on the road with bigger bathrooms. We are both taller people with a little extra weight…we literally have to back into the bathroom to get on the toilet! To get into the shower, I have to straddle the toilet to close the door to lay the towels out on the floor before getting in the shower. Who designed this? When checking in we asked for an upgrade, just hoping for a couch for evening relaxing, not knowing or expecting the bathroom situation. We were told that because we were part of a marketing package we couldn’t be. Hmmm…if you want me to invest, wouldn’t you want to guarantee we are most comfortable. Last year, we stayed at the Soleil and had a one bedroom suite. We didn’t get to tour because it was super busy and we had a service dog in training (10 weeks old) with us. They released us quickly. But, we were super interested and wanted to know more, so signed up again last month when we were at the Doubletree Vacation Resort—notice a trend—we already visit Hilton over anywhere else. It was on day three that we started having more engagement with staff outside of checking (which was swamped—took over a half…

I had hoped for a room with a scenic view, but this option was unavailable. Consequently, I was assigned a room adjacent to an active construction site, resulting in daily disturbances beginning at 7:00 AM. Furthermore, my experience at the shop was unsatisfactory due to the staff's apparent lack of patience with guests. When I inquired about kosher items, the response I received was dismissive and accompanied by an eye-roll, stating, "We have nothing kosher here!" This interaction was quite unambiguous.

There is very loud construction going on next door, so be prepared to be woken up by hammers and staple guns every morning by 8am. Very disappointing, since I am here to relax, and am not here for business or SeaWorld. 😔 They also give panic attacks when there's lightening within 10 miles of the pool, they blast these alarms while you're packing up your stuff.

We stayed here for the first time recently. Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the pool or lake view due to rain but, I would come back based on the service, amenities and how nice the room was.

My stay was truly awesome from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly caring, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. I absolutely loved the beautiful ant and the restaurants served up deliciousness every time we went in( 7 days). I also visited the spa for a massage, and it was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing. Another thing I truly appreciated is how the hotel is. In the room, there were bowls, and trinkets prepared for us, that made our day easier. They even have a special drink menu, which is such a lovely touch. The reception team kindly asked me to join in on current activities (there is sooo much to do there at one resort with your family) ughh where do I start. Anywho The level of service and attention to detail is truly exceptional. It was an unforgettable experience . Thank you & God Bless you Team Hilton 💋

We have been owners since 1996, and it gets worse every year. We've been here since 1pm, asked for our room and was told we had to wait until 4pm...thats when they START to let us in.....we booked a 2 bedroom. The service is spiraling downhill fast, and the sales dept pushes to sell you more points, etc . Remember, once you own, you're done for life. You cannot get rid of this time share, its like a festering boil that won't ever go away. BTW, they got rid of Heinz ketchup and put some no name tomato ketchup that taste like raw tomatoes in its place. Geez HILTON, if you're going to push your product down our throats, at least act like your a Hilton and bring back name brand products

Usually a good experience, but this last trip exemplified the fall of society. The hotel needs to enforce some sort of bathing suit requirements appropriate for a family atmosphere. The days I was there, I witnessed two women parade around the pool and deck with barely a piece of cloth covering their vaginal area. Their butts were completely exposed with dental floss thin side straps and a very narrow piece covering their front. Why do we keep trying to normalize this? When we wear clothes, are our butts not a part of the body that is required to be covered? It is, because it is considered a “private area”. Otherwise, we would wear open backed pants just like there are open backed shirts. There’s literally been songs written about how sexual the butt is considered. Please listen to the lyrics by Sir Mix-a-lot “Baby Got Back”, or Sisqo “That Thong Song”. I witnessed a 14 year old looking boy in a trance staring at the women’s rear ends. It could be found a little humorous, but in reality, it’s a child being exposed to adult nudity. I’m not naive, I’m aware kids see so much more on their phones now days, but what they see on tv or their phones does not justify acceptance of it in real life at a resort filled with children, owned by Disney. This is not Vegas. It’s not the beach. I also am aware that different countries find different levels of nudity acceptable- doesn’t matter. Women’s butts (especially in black and Latino cultures) are found to be sexually enticing. The…

Excellent friendly service. Staff is always willing to assist. Rooms are spacious, clean and perfect for a week's or a day stay.
-
Great location to stay if visiting Sea World. Right across the street. Staff was friendly and worked hard to get us everything we needed.
-
Rooms are garbage! Lots of hidden fees. Be better off sleeping on a board than the beds they provide, and good luck getting toilet paper. They only give you one roll! Hilton has become trash!

Convenient location and nice pool garden but rooms are dated and need to be renovated. Mattresses and sofa sleeper mattress getting worn out. Microwave oven in room doesn’t work and shower water comes half out of shower head and half out of lower spout. Construction work right outside early mornings even on weekends. Coffee shop on site uses a microwave oven to heat up pastry items :-O. Never stayed at a hotel that makes you leave at 10am with no extensions possible.

We had multiple generations here with us from the grandmother to teens. We all loved the people and property. So pretty and spacious. Loved the grill areas and pools.

Room was great for my family of 3. Access to the pools late at night was a plus. Especially coming back from the parks. Hotel is close to international Dr and the theme parks. Staff was great and helpful.
