Great burger, fun having edamame as an appetizer, fun combo!

The food was good. The service was excellent. The price reasonable for location. One suggestion is "more" kimchi needs to be added to the dishes.

Pretty cool restaurant but we showed up 40 mins till closing after Islands of Adventure closed. We were told to order at the bar and we can only sit outside of the restaurant. They told us all the open tables inside were closed for cleaning. We waited for 5 mins for the bartender to order while he cleaned up. The service was not so helpful. The place was packed with people ordering food to eat at the table. I guess they got enough orders for the night and we were small orders to them. So sad. Makes me doubt ever return to his restaurant again because of this situation.

I came here to celebrate my daughters 14th birthday dinner becuase she loves sushi. However, we left super disappointed. Overall for the price, I just wouldn’t come here again. Experience: I had made a reservation to celebrate my daughters actual birthday here with that noted on the reservation. I also let the waitress know. We placed our order and the food takes a while to come out which is understandable, the restaurant is 3 floors. The waitress while she was nice, she didn’t really check on us, and when she did she just asked if we were ready for dessert. They also don’t do the normal restaurant small dessert for the her birthday like they do at other restaurants but they did let her hit the gong. It was just a weird experience given that we went to hard rock just across the way the day we arrived and the waitress did a loud “Happy birthday” and gave her a special scoop of ice cream which felt more birthday special. So if you’re wanting to celebrate ur kiddo, don’t do it here. Food: the food was was only okay. For over $20 a plate you would think it would be better. We ordered two bento boxes, two mocktails, crab Rangoon dip, a sushi roll and milk shake which was $133 sub total. The is nothing that stands out for the food Overall if you’re like me and are at universal to celebrate a birthday, don’t come here. Hard rock will make ur kiddo feel special so it’s more bang for your buck.

Aquarium screens are super cool

The prices are very high. The size of roll are petty good but at 30$ for a roll I expect more the amount of wagu was less that 2 oz and had chuncks of fat and tendon from the ny strip We did dinner late but the server was worn out and clocked out.

Was here with my wife not to long ago to have a couple bites before a movie. Honestly I have frequented this place quite a bit in the past and we always come back. Yet I have noticed over time that the service and atmosphere has been quite lacking lately. The server's aren't quite as attentive as they used to be, and the atmosphere is a little over the top. Yet the food for sure is delicious, that I will give you. I don't know if it is due to new management, turnover or something else, but It would be nice to see such a favorite place of ours and many, start to bring back that attention to detail service wise that it used to be at. So, starting with the food, we got the Edamame to start, and as it should be, it was hot, fresh and salty. I then proceeded to get the Blackened Tuna Nachos, and wow those were amazing, the portion generous and the flavor top tier. My wife got the Spicy Crunchy Roll and loved it. The texture, flavor and overall preparation of the roll was top-tier. We wanted a shake for dessert but the last few times, it took roughly 35minutes to get a shake that was ordered since there is only one machine and one person prepping them, and our favorite Nutella shake was taken off of the menu, so we decided to skip dessert due to time constraints of us watching a movie.

It was four of us the shakes were God sent amd the sushi was delicious.. My burger was top tier as well the truffle bacon fries. Definition of a match made in heaven. Good atmosphere.

We are sushi lovers and the sushi here was pretty good. Had the pearls of wisdom drink. Ate the tuna poke nachos, tropical storm roll, Jen's find and the cheeseburgersushi roll. Would definitely eat here again

While the food was good and Alex the bartender was excellent and very helpful the front desk service was a little ridiculous. We got there on time for reservation and then person downstairs says no tables are available then we go upstairs and every table is available except for 4 and I asked the front desk what the deal is and they say because they dont have enough servers when there was 4 ladies in the front not doing anything and they said they can't seat us so we went to the bar instead. Then a few minutes later we see the same people standing in the front seating other people that are coming in when we were waiting for 20 minutes after arriveing for our reservation. I am not sure if they were judging us but such horrible service from the waiting staff and front desk and it is very disgusting and I enjoyed this place before but because of this experience. If you visit here just eat at the bar you will have better waiter service from the bartenders and they do 2x the work than the waiters. Waiting for dinner waiters to come in from switching from lunch is a poor excuse if other people are seated and there are waiters they can work multiple tables horrible service but I give a great big props to ALEX which is why we tipped well to her thank you Alex but the front desk staff are immature

4 servers standing around joking and talking when we ask if we could order we were told they will come to us then after a extended time the server came to us and said in so sorry I was in the bathroom 😳🙄 what the! And the other servers are standing around like they don’t have anything better to do.

My family has made it a point to visit this place every time we go to Universal. We love it. I’ve been coming to it since it had the touch screens that let you make your own personalized fish. The quality has never dropped… until now. Someone has decided to remove the Parmesan truffle fries from the appetizer menu. This was the wrong decision. It’s still a side but needs to be brought back as an appetizer. I have literally been all over this country sampling some of the finest foods. No one does truffle fries like this place. Please bring them back

Sushi was excellent, burgers were awesome along with the service. Best place to eat on city walk and I’ve been to all the places.

We had a large group, and waited an hour to be seated outside. Food was ok but was a little overpriced for what you got. Waiter was friendly and helpful. Overall our group had a good time.

Waited 1 hour for a reservation… the person at the front seating guests messed up on who to seat first- was then told to wait much longer for an open seat. I can not recommend this place. There are other options that are more organized

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. From the moment we were seated, our waiter never introduced himself and was largely absent throughout the meal. He came to our table maybe three times total, and our water was only refilled after we specifically asked. The service felt inattentive and indifferent from start to finish. What made the experience especially upsetting was the behavior of several waitresses standing near our table. Throughout our meal, they repeatedly pointed at me and my cousins, stared at us as they walked by, and even made visible disgusted or gagging faces in our direction. It was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. We were there for a small family reunion, looking forward to spending quality time together, and the atmosphere was unfortunately spoiled by how unwelcome we were made to feel. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive. While it was decent, it certainly wasn't worth the price. Nothing about the meal justified the long wait or the cost. To top it off, our waiter never checked in to see how our food was, never asked if we wanted dessert, and seemed eager for the interaction to be over. Overall, the combination of poor service, uncomfortable treatment from staff, long wait times, and overpriced food made this a very disappointing experience. Sadly, I would not return and cannot recommend this restaurant to others. Take your business elsewhere.

I always love this place the sushi was amazing. The atmosphere is great if you can catch a slow day I highly suggest it.

Came on a saturday night with reservation, I had the shrimp tempura sushi and i couldn’t have been more disappointed. Honestly it was very bland and soggy not crunchy at all, asked for some spicy mayo and i think it tasted even worse the mayo was more spice than anything. I wasn’t the only one who thought that because my sister and fiancé also tried it and said the same thing, my fiance had a burger and said it was super flavorless as well, I understand saturdays get busy but no place this expensive should focus on just getting people out.. other than that our server was super nice

We loved Cowfish! Burger sushi and Chinese chicken salad were awesome. A must try for the kids! But great for adults, too. Mimosa was fresh squeezed orange juice - delicious. We got there at opening and requested a seat on the patio for the view, but were told they only had the indoor bar section open. That was disappointing.

Not the worse, not the greatest. Probably won’t come back, good to know the place. Nothing special about it. It actually was expensive for the food they serve but for tourist coming out of the park and hangry, it’s a good choice.

Staff were nice and professional. The food is incredible! Definitely a must.
