Denise was great - prompt, friendly, and checked on us frequently. It was clear she cared about our dining experience and made sure we enjoyed our meal.

Denise was a great server! She took great care of us and made sure we felt welcome. One of our meals was late coming out and she promptly went back to check on it and came back very shortly with it! We are planning to return when she is working again this week to sit in her section!

Food was good. I had Denise as a server had some great recommendations and was very warm and welcoming. She highly suggested the garlic burger and it did not disappoint. Was served very quickly.

Overall, my experience was amazing! The only reason I give it 4 stars was because I expected my 14 oz angus to be better for $40. It was more like 8 or 9 oz angus and the rest fat. It wasn't very flavorful either. A1 sauce saved it, but if I *need* steak sauce, it is not a great steak 💔 However, everything else we ordered was absolutely delicious, especially the seafood dip appetizer. Would definitely visit again if I return to this resort 👍🏽

Rude hostess, no greeting, just looked at us and straight out said it's a 25 minute wait. We then informed her we had a reservation. She then asked my 22 year old daughter if she wanted a kids menu.... We were seated in a booth, clearly much narrower than the ones around it. Allegedly the overnight cleaners move them and don't put them back properly. Had the full rack of ribs, $34, a big portion, food was good, but why the hell are you serving mashed potatoes on a piece of cardboard!! Apart from the tiny side plates we were handed at the start for no apparent reason, there was not a real plate in sight!! Food came in a metal bowl/tray and everything else came in disposable plastic, or a PIECE OF CARDBOARD!!! When it came to pay the bill, she picked up my card and walked off with it, I am really not comfortable with people walking off with my property, especially my bank card. This is not normal! Visited Monday 15th at 7pm.

Our server, Kat was wonderful. She was cordial, friendly and very attentive to our needs. We will request her when we return! She is definitely an asset to the restaurant!

Perfect place to watch the World Cup! Alen was amazing and was on top of everything! The bourbon glazed salmon was delicious!

Received excellent service from Madiou. He was very accommodating for our large group. My family visited Orlando, FL to celebrate my Uncles birthday and I’m glad we chose Drafts to dine at and watch the game. I will definitely return and I hope Madiou is still here when I do.

Madiou provided outstanding service for our group of 13. He was professional, courteous, attentive, and made sure everyone was taken care of throughout our visit. Managing a large group isn't easy, but he handled everything seamlessly and helped make our experience enjoyable from start to finish. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this restaurant to others. Everyone enjoyed their food.Thank you, Madiou for the excellent service!

Visited this restaurant today after checking in at the resort. After placing our order for food and drinks, the food surprisingly came out quick for my family. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. We finished our meal and sat there, watching our drinks sit at the bar. We were then brought the check that had our drinks included on the check, even though they were never even served to us. We brought this matter up to the waiter, who only asked, do you want these to go. No apology or anything. Atmosphere was also pretty lame. Absolutely don’t recommend unless you want poor Service

Alen was our server tonight, and my glass was never empty, he checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. Thank you Alen for serving us !!

Waitress (Kat) was very courteous and knowledgeable....nice personality.

Rob displayed excellent customer service skills. He made superb recommendations which counts for something bc my 9 yr old niece told me “someone in the kitchen knows what they are doing”… she can be a picky eater. The banana pudding was the icing on the cake; my expectations were exceeded bc I never experienced such an authentic and robust dessert from a commercial restaurant. Dorrine, I think that I her name, and Kayla are great additions in the mix as well, as they stopped by multiple times to engage in conversation. Cheers to good food and good service, from one restauranteur to another.

Went in for a quick lunch and ended up staying for a few hours. The guava & mango margaritas were delicious! I got the Thai lettuce wraps. The food was so fresh and yummy. My server, Kat, took great care of me, always checking in, making sure I had enough lettuce wraps and giving me time to enjoy my meal. I also got the banana pudding, and compliments to the chef cause that was the best part! All around great experience! Even though I’m here on vacation, I will be back.

Atmosphere was god. Waitress Pat was awesome. She was knowledgeable on the menu. Great customer service.
