My wife & I wanted a good quality meal. My wife ordered the fish special which was average, the steak arrived cold and it took nearly 1 hour for food to arrive despite only 3 tables on a Monday night. With no starters and $300 later, the experience and quality of food and service falls far short of the price point. We are happy to pay for a good meal, infact we selected this restaurant based upon its price point expecting top food quality. We would NOT recommend and will not be returning.

The experience was amazing. Food was delicious and our server Kesenia was very kind and personabale. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We made reservations for Saturday June 27 8pm. Upon arrival the hostess did not make us feel welcome. No smile. No Welcome to the H. Nothing. She was on the phone. Didn't even look up. Nothing. When she got off the phone she asked for the name. Still no smile, no welcome to the H. She then said follow me and walked to the table. Did not make us feel welcome at all. This is our first time here and I was expecting an awesome experience. The waiter made up for the hostess. The waiter Alex was very attentive, explained the whole menu, and answered our questions. Bottled water is $8.00 and the drinks are pricy but they are worth it. The food was cooked really good but the whipped mashed potatoes tasted like boxed mashed potatoes. We have gone to many high class A restaurants and the atmosphere of this restaurant made me feel more like I was at a high end sports bar or just an upscale bar. They post on their website strict dress code but we saw several people come in with shorts, baseball caps, and sneakers. I was expecting everyone to be dressed to impress. The GM walked around introducing himself and was smiling and saying hello. When we left the hostess at the front still had her non smiling non welcoming face. I highly recommend they hire a new hostess that makes everyone feel welcome and like they are about to have an amazing dinner experience. That is why I am giving the 3 stars. The bathrooms were clean and the place is nice but I didnt feel like I was at an upscale elegant…

Dio was amazing!

Tatiana, our server was absolutely amazing! She suggestive sold multiple times without ever being pushy, and her personality was what truly made the experience memorable. When I asked her what the “H” in The H stands for, she smiled and said, “Come hungry, leave in heaven.” That level of hospitality and genuine enthusiasm is rare. We need more hospitality professionals like Tatiana. She made the experience enjoyable from start to finish!
