HAMPTON INN ORLANDO NEAR UNIVERSAL BLVD/INTERNATIONAL DR.

Nice clean hotel with a great location for visiting Universal Studios. Our only issue was that the tub was dangerously slippery. Thankfully there was a grab bar to aid in getting in and out. Even our adult daughter in her 30's commented about how slippery it was even while just standing in the shower. Plus the lighting in the bathroom was very dim.

Valentina is always so sweet and recognizes my family and I every time we come to visit Orlando. She is very personably and attentive. Will recommend this hotel and great staff. Not to mention the yummy free breakfast!

Had an amazing trip, I wanted to mention front desk clerk Fabiana and Earl for their exceptional customer service and multitasking ability. Always friendly and welcoming. I also want to Add Valitina front desk amazing job and helpful.

I travel back and forth between Jacksonville and Orlando for work. I stay at this hotel because Fabi at the front desk is so kind and accommodating. In addition, the rooms are clean, the hot breakfast in the morning is a nice perk, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and stores!

Fabi is the best hotel associate out of all the Hamptons I've been to!

The room was simple, clean, and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I especially want to recognize Fabiana and Valentina for their outstanding customer service. They were both friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help really stood out and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

After a long drive on the road with my kids, I was greeted with premier customer service from Fabi, Luan and Vale. They were very helpful with my service animal and very attentive to all the needs for my kids. They have made my travel experience great. They not only met but exceeded my expectations. I will be back. I definitely recommend coming here. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.

El desayuno es rico, poco variado pero está muy bien. La ubicación es óptima para visitar los parques de universal y los outlets marketplace y Orlando international premium. La relación precio calidad creo que es muy buena.

Wow wow wow! We had an unexpected situation come up so we had to book something same day. We arrived late and the customer service and smile from Fabi was exactly what we needed to brighten our day. She checked us in very quickly and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. She is sooooo nice, genuine, outstanding and definitely someone we look forward to seeing again. Fabi for President! Lol

​I had a mixed stay at this Hampton Inn. The absolute best part of this hotel is the location—it is incredibly convenient and just minutes away from Universal, International Drive, and plenty of dining options. Additionally, the staff members were wonderful. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. ​However, the physical property is heavily showing its age. The rooms, furnishings, and common areas feel tired and outdated, and the hotel is definitely in need of a comprehensive modern remodel (pictures). If you are looking for an amazing location with great service as a base for the theme parks, it’s a solid choice, but don't expect a modern look until updates are made.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was extremely clean, neat, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. The breakfast was Good, and the staff did a great job constantly refilling the food and keeping the breakfast area clean and organized. Our room was also very neat and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. Towels were replaced daily, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also offered coffee and tea throughout the day, which was a nice touch. There was a pool that looked very nice as well, although we didn’t get the chance to use it. One of the best things about this hotel is its location ,it is very close to Universal parks, along with many restaurants and shops nearby. They also had plenty of free parking available, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a lovely stay here for a conference at the Orange County Convention center. The convention center was a short drive away, and there were also plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was yummy and well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. I wasn’t sure how things would be since it was nearby all of the attractions, but the hotel was quiet and the people were in good spirits. Breakfast was busy sometimes, but never overwhelmingly so, even with lots of groups staying. Most importantly, Fabi at the front desk was literally the most perfect gal’s gal during my stay! She was sweet, kind, and truly such a gem, especially for a female solo traveller. Highly recommend this location if you are going to a conference but want to actually be near things!

It was located minutes from everything off I-Drive and everything associated with Universal. For Disney venues, you have about a half hour trip plus the fun traffic of I-4. Everything was nice and clean. The shower was lacking pressure and we had toilet issues the second we walked in but that was addressed immediately.

I visit this hotel frequently for work trips and Fabiana is always extremely friendly and helpful, especially for someone working night shifts. Even if it wasn't for work, I would likely still book this hotel for a future visit. -Noah R.

Definitely great prices and comfy rooms

I'm putting the overall rating this low because the milk they serve for breakfast was expired when I visited. Gave me diaharea for over a week, I'd recommend them to change the milk fresh every morning or time it is available.

Really great experience while staying at this hotel. I am a Diamond member so I frequent numerous Hilton properties but this one continually provides a great experience. On my most recent trip, Fabiana at the front desk, went over and beyond to accomodate me and help me with rooming concerns. Highly recommended!
