Great experience.

Great location in the heart of International Drive with a ton of restaurants and shops to choose from. Hotel is very clean, and the room very spacious. The beds and pillows are also very comfortable. We enjoyed the wet bar with mini fridge. Great staff and appreciated the early checkin!

Very good hampton inn property compered to other places i have been to in usa and canada. Excellent room, decent breakfast and ample parking. Location is plus!

It was a little difficult to get into because of the local Construction. That said the hotel was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly, the service was outstanding. The rooms were very clean and attractive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

I am so thankful we decided to check in here after having to check out of another hotel chain near by after a very bad experience. Luckily, Karina was working today and got us our room. She was so kind and very empathetic to the situation we had just been through with the other hotel. She made the check in process so easy and really helped make me feel at ease after stressing to find another place to stay on such short notice. The hotel room was clean, bed was super comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Ótimo custo benefício!!! - Cama confortável, com boa roupa de cama, - banheiro com água forte e com boa regulagem de temperatura, - tudo mto limpinho, quartos e áreas comuns, - café da manhã com diversas opções, como: café claro e escuro, chás, vários sucos, waffle, ovos, pão, cereais, Yorgut, frutas, etc. - academia, com poucos aparelhos, mas funcional, com esteiras e bike novas, pesos e roldanas. - funcionários muito simpáticos, que nos apoiaram em tudo que precisávamos! (Um agradecimento especial a Vanessa, brasileira, que foi maravilhosa em seu atendimento!) - Localização maravilhosa, perto de tudo (restaurantes, outlets, parques da universal) - estacionamento gratuito (normalmente cobram $30 a diária ali pela região) É a quarta vez que vou para Orlando, e de todos achei esse a melhor escolha até agora! Já fiquei em opções mais baratas, em que a experiência foi lamentável, e opções mais caras, que a experiência foi boa, mas não tinha a comodidade do café da manhã incluído, que para minha família faz a diferença em uma viagem de férias! Quartos: Tamanho bom, ar condicionado eficiente, agua quente, chuveiro bom e cama confortável Café da Manhã: Tinha panquecas, suco, café, leite, iogurte, pães, bacon, hamburguer, ovos mexidos e demais padrão americano. Estacionamento: Grátis. Atendimento: sem problemas. Recepcionistas simpáticos e cordeais. Localização: Perto de tudo. Proximo aos parques da Universal e bastante comércio e restaurante próximo.

Uma surpresa muito positiva. Limpeza muito boa, o que é raro nos EUA. Quarto grande. Café da manhã com ovos, waffles, panqueca, Bacon, bagel. Muito melhor que a media. Atendente brasileira na recepção.

Customer service was amazing. When my family first arrived Natalie's customer service was everything! Breakfast provided was yummy. The coffee, tea and hot water was always available and fresh! We will be back.

Update. 2-26 Stayed many times at this property. Had a billing issue this last stay, ended up having dispute charges on my credit card, and get assistance from corporate to resolve it. Hotel was not was not helpful, and rather incompetent about the whole thing. Very disappointed.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando International Dr for 4 days, 3 nights, and was very impressed with this hotel. I had requested a wheelchair accessible room as I was traveling with my son, who uses a wheelchair full time. The room was very spacious, and worked well for us. The accommodations were immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous. The hotel was in close distance to the parks, making it an ideal location for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible check-in experience with Natalie. She was rude, acted like a know-it-all, and wouldn’t listen even after I explained the situation multiple times. She refused to help, and the manager had to step in to resolve it. As long as she’s employed there, I won’t be returning to this hotel.

My experience with Natalie at Hampton Inn Orlando-International Drive was extremely disappointing. From the moment I approached the front desk with a question about my reservation, she seemed irritated and unwilling to help. Her tone felt dismissive, and she offered very little explanation or effort to resolve the issue. Instead of trying to find a solution, she gave short, abrupt responses that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Hospitality is such an important part of the hotel experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression on my stay. I understand that front desk staff can be busy, but a little patience and professionalism go a long way. I expected a much higher level of customer service and left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a guest.

Best Hampton I’ve stayed at in a long time . Super clean hotel from the rooms , breakfast area ( which tasted great ) lobby , fitness and pool area was immaculate. Super nice and accommodating staff . If you’re ever in Orlando stay here you won’t be sorry .

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive North. It’s a great value if you want to be close to everything without paying resort prices. You’re only a couple of miles from Universal and within walking distance of ICON Park, which made getting around super easy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a microwave and mini-fridge, which I appreciated. Free parking and a hot breakfast (especially the waffle station) were nice bonuses, and not having a resort fee was a big plus. The only downside was a bit of highway noise and a busy breakfast area in the morning, but overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient stay that I’d definitely recommend.

Hotel was located near many restaurants and by the outlets. Breakfast was included and delicious. Great stay!
