KOREA HOUSE II
KOREA HOUSE II is one of Central Florida's sharpest contradictions: 4.6 stars from 2,231 diners, and an F health grade from the state. People plainly love the food. The inspection report tells a rougher story.
That F comes from 4 high-priority, 3 intermediate, and 11 basic violations cited on April 23, 2026. It currently ranks near the bottom of Orange County on health score. And the direction isn't reassuring: its recent inspections have been sliding, not recovering. If you want the flavor with fewer question marks, the safer-options list below maps higher-graded kitchens within a short drive.

Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Popularity and sanitation part ways on this listing. Where how guests are treated comes up, the rating that follows averages 5.0, so it reads as a strength.
Conspicuously absent: wait times, which no reviewer brings up. The split is 26 positive to 0 negative across 26 rated reviews.
None of that is visible in a star rating: the most recent DBPR inspection graded this kitchen an F (48/100), citing 4 high-priority, 3 intermediate, and 11 basic violations. Diner sentiment and inspection result are measuring different things here, and only one of them is checked by the state. That inspection was on April 23, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. That puts it ahead of 1% of graded kitchens in Orange County. Among the items recorded were cross-contamination and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.
Taken together, this is a place diners like and inspectors do not. A good meal and a clean kitchen are different questions. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Always had amazing experience at Korea House Restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Korean flavors. Even though this time we only did the All you can eat BBQ, the meats were well-marinated, is very fresh and especially has a lot of meats in each plate. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for enjoying a meal with friends and family. Also, a big thank you to Haggie for the outstanding service. She was super friendly , very observant, and she kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm attitude and that great customer service just made the whole dining experience even better.
