Very quick, clean and great staff

I have nothing to say other than the music is LOUD. I put on headphones with brown noise playing at the loudest my phone could go and I could STILL hear the music playing over my headphones. I don’t know what’s going on with cafes these days trying to be the club 😭 anyways, if you’re coming here to get some work done, just know you won’t even be able to think/hear your own thoughts.

Went with my grandson, at Winter Garden Village. Cleanliness of the dining room not as good. Very dirty around the windows where tables are against the windows. Ordered half steak sandwich for $8 and few meat inside for the money and size. My grandson is picky with any food and he ate all of his half of turkey and cheese sandwich, which looked fresh. Notice the lack of people from years ago at that same restaurant. Parking is scarce and barely can get your car in a space without hitting doors when opening. Employees were nice. Bathrooms were clean (important).

Need a refresh on the decor

I received my order today at 1:49 AM. I waited for over 20 minutes, and they failed to include the apples I had ordered, as well as the spoons and the croutons for the soup. The young woman in the pink T-shirt at the checkout was very unfriendly and looked at me with an air of arrogance. Date: May 4, 2026.

Employees hate their jobs. They take their hatred out of the customers with attitudes. Such an embarrassment group. Only a few of them are nice. Not coming back here again.

Most of them are Lazy workers. They're unprofessional and rude. Service size is ridiculous. Paying so much money for small portions because workers don't want to do their jobs.

Horrible customer service and super cheap with the serving. You ask politely about your order and they literally stare you down. They talk about customers and make jokes about them behind their backs. Not coming here again.b

95% workers are lazy and full of fatigue. I gave this place a couple of chances and same results. Order tuna sandwich and they literally spread it like butter. Ask for more and most have attitude or a face.

Always good but no 499 meal

Test the drinks before you walk away from the counter. Dining was way too cold to tolerate. Food is over priced for what you get. Go to Chik fil a instead.

Cold inside, but plenty of shaded area outside. Customer service was great. The food was good. Unsweetened tea & the chi tea both tasted bad, so we had them refunded for a total of $9.35.

I ordered a delivery. I ordered a candy cookie, and a scrambled egg cheese on croissant with bacon. Why did I receive half of an egg on two very HARD pieces of bread. Is this a joke???

I visited this establishment last Sunday. I got a chicken noodle soup and salad. The food was decent but the service was delightful. I asked a staff member for a spoon since I accidently dropped mine on the floor. She was incredibly nice and brought me one and a napkin to help clean a spill! I believe her name was Victoria and the interaction was very lovely.

Very disappointing experience. Employee seemed to have no sense of food safety, absolutely disappointing experience. Messed up my order with the wrong items and gave me a broken bag with soup spilled in it as well. Employee tried to then serve me a soup by pouring the old one into a new cup. Disgusting.

i cannot tell you what the food is like, because none of the employees behind the counter could be bothered to take our order; the lady in front of me, me, the guy behind me.

Its a good place to have a casual business meet n greet.

This Panera is horrible. I ordered a full Asian sesame salad, a bowl of bacon mac and cheese, and an asiago bagel. I asked for extra dressing and wonton noodles. The salad had walnuts instead of almonds. I dont like walnuts. It did not have extra wonton noodles. It came with two tiny things of dressing, which tells me that either they feel that only one is enough for a full salad, and I did get extra. Or, I did not get extra dressing either. Either way, it's messed up. The bowl of mac and cheese looked more like a cup. And there was no bagel. My roommate ordered a pick two salad and sandwich. She was told that the salad did not have arugula, but it did. She doesn't like arugula. The salad was also taken up by a huge chunk of the bottom of a romaine head of lettuce. She asked them to remove the arugula from the sandwich and they did not.

Very disappointed and sad with Panera. I ordered a mix and match; but honestly I thought and waited for a cup of chicken noodle soup; I received a extremely little cup o chicken broth without any pieces of chicken, super small for the price $5 (ridiculous), and was not full. The bread, you can see in the picture, it was like a rock (like very old bread). They are exaggerating with the high prices and low quality and quality. Additional, I agree with others reviews about the unprofessional customer service. I do jot recommend Panera to anyone.

Great customer service, especially from Aneliz.We came thirty minutes around closing, yet she was patient, kind, and informative. The knitting ladies were lovely to see there!

We ordered a to go order and it was correctly filled. However when we got home the bag holding our our order ripped down the entire side spilling our meals to the ground where the salads sprung open spilling out about half the contents! I wasn't happy that Panera is choosing to use such cheap bags! Consider using plastic bags! This isn't the fault of the people at the store. This is the fault of people that decided really cheap bags save you money. For me it will be a long time before I return to a Panera. Your cheapness has ruined a good place to eat. Not to mention your prices continue to rise while your portions are greatly reduced.

The place is exceptionally clean because of a courteous Asian guy. I never see any dirt on the floor anymore every sense he's been working there He should be promoted because of his steadfast energy

The best place ever. The staff is friendly. The food is fresh and it's got this comfy feel. Love eating there. Healthy food. Keep up the great work team.

Cold brew coffee sandwich with stale bread and a soup portion much smaller than it should be. It's important that anyone reading this lets these franchisees know they need to improve. Because if that's the case, there won't be another opportunity for us to return to Panera.
