My fiancee and I have gone to Pizza Bruno many times and decided to bring family here. I will say every single time we've been here previously the wait staff has been chill and the experience was enjoyable. This time our waitress effectively ruined our meal. This review is very much against this one person in particular versus the entire staff and restaurant. I ordered bacon on my pizza and it was prepared by them putting raw bacon on the pizza and cooking it in the oven. Unsurprisingly, the bacon was half raw and not crispy and had pools of grease on the pizza. I told the waitress that I expected the bacon to be partially cooked before using as a topping and she told me they "don't do bacon bits". This is an insane statement to make to a customer and implies that they have never heard of parcooking bacon which is definitely the standard for bacon on pizza. Just because you don't know how to properly prepare crispy bacon on pizza doesn't mean I want "bacon bits". We ordered two side dressings which are listed at $2 on the menu. The waitress instead brings us two $8 large dressings - says nothing about the cost or the "upsale" she decided she was going to do for us. We didn't mention "large" or suggest we wanted anything other than the $2 side dressing. She straight up used deception to get a higher bill and a higher tip. High key this person should not be allowed to talk to customers and was just an overall drag on our experience compared to the other wait staff we've…

Brendon the server gets 10 stars, craft beer was pretty good as not a craft beer guy. Kool fibe inside the place, Pizza had a great flavor, can tell fresh dough, sauce and cheese had a great taste, but sauce was 3 inches from crust and cheese 2 inches pizza was 25% crust.

Never had any complains, been ordering from them for a long time.

Would have been a 5 across had they used less salt, especially on the Kale Caesar salad.

Shout out to our waitress Winnie and the man himself Bruno. From the legendary garlic Knots with it, smothered and covered in garlic and cheesy goodness to the New York style pies. This place has never been a Disappointment and the food keeps on getting better with each visit so if you need to find the hidden gem of all of Central Florida pizza needs,please go now and thank me later for your new addiction. Some of the best pizza in Orlando. Great happy hour deal all day Thursday. Bathrooms are old and gross, and the one door didn’t lock.

We’re from up north the Philadelphia, NYC area, the pizza was the best I’ve had since moving to the Orlando area 4 years ago. Cheese, well done. Buffalo wings were top notch also.

The pizza was delivered burned. I checked the restaurant photos and confirmed it was overcooked. I didn’t like it at all and was very disappointed with the quality.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful. The food was great. One of our pizzas had burnt edges, BUT I know that's a possibility with woodfired pizza ovens, so it wasn't a big deal. Before going, I saw lots of reviews that said the kale salad was the best ever, and my goodness, that did NOT disappoint. I almost ordered a second kale salad to go! The NYC Pepperoni was great as was the Classic OG. The KBAR wasn't quite what I expected, but it was still exactly as described on the menu. The pizza dough is light and airy. So good. I'd definitely go back!

Winnie our bartender/server was amazing!! We have been a guest here several times. She certainly displayed the level of Hospitality that was above the norm. Ordered pick up here. the pizza ended up burnt, our wings came plain with no sauce at all. the options on the menu for wings don’t even show plain, why would i be given plain wings? they did refund us but since it was a pick up order we were already home when we noticed. garlic knots were good but the garlic sauce wasn’t even sauce just chopped garlic with no butter or oil to cover the knots. girl on the phone definitely didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t even give me a receipt when i pressed the button for printed receipt. Go to John and John’s instead

Eli was a great server we had never been before and had lots of questions. He gladly answered them all. The pizza and tossed salad was delicious. Also the lemon pepper wings and the garlic knots were the biggest I had ever had. Recommend as it had a family friendly atmosphere.

Huge follower of Dave Portnoy so I've been wanting to stop once I got to Florida. After a long exhausting day at the big parks we called and ordered one classic, a margarita, and 24 split flavor wings. Let's start with the pizza. There was like nothing to them. 4 small globs on mottz cheese on this big margarita pizza 2/10. The classic pie had like no cheese to it either 4/10. Like is cheese expensive or something? For the prices of the food i expected more to the pizzas. The price was definitely not worth it and this is coming from someone who LOVES pizza and does not mind paying expensive prices for good pizza. The wings were mediocre. Alot were soggy, the hot wing flavor was different.... 3/10 Butter and garlic were okay 4/10 the hot honey was the better choice 4.8/10 but again pretty soggy and not much sauce to it. Staff didnt seem very friendly. Was really looking forward to this being my go to pizza place when I travel this way.

The sauce! The cheese! The crust! Awesome NY style pepperoni pizza. Loved it, we’ll be back. Don’t skip the garlic knots…

We order delivery or pick-up, and this is by far our favorite pizza in Orlando. I’m from NY and NY pizza is amazing.This pizza is pretty amazing too! We get the K-Bar or the ‘92. Just great pizza!
