Amazing vegetarian restaurant. One of the only puerto rican restaurants that are worth it with no meat.

I really love the food at Purple Ocean—everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The service was also very good; the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, this particular location could use some improvement. The restaurant didn’t seem very clean during my visit, especially the floors, and tables, which looked dirty and gave the place an unkempt appearance. Additionally, they were out of several items on the menu, which was disappointing since some of the dishes we wanted to order weren’t available. Overall, I still enjoy the food and appreciate the great service, but I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness and keeping menu items in stock, as it would make the dining experience much better.

The place is very cute and the food was amazing

Walk in here at 8:10, place is completely empty, fisrt guy at the counter can't help me with my order, second guys was somewhat able to understand what I wanted, we waited there for 25 minutes and the order wasn't ready, people that got in way after us got their acai first, which doesn't make Sense at all, very disappointment experience for my first time

It was okay. Unfortunately the alcapurias tasted as if they were frozen. Not fresh. The empanadilla lacked meat, too much garlic, it was not good. My smoothie wasn't bad but $11.00for a smoothie was too pricey nothing special about the smoothie nor the place. The icecream isn't icecream and it was okay too. Now I did go to the jr tropical and that ice cream is 10 times better and actually hand made. Not going there ever. The first thing I was greeted with the coffee is closed. Not a hello or welcome. I mistakenly taken the coffee menu. It was my first time there due to a facebook upload very hyped about the icream and food so I decided to go. Very disappointed. Don't believe the hype.

They are the best!!!! Won't eat anywhere else

The Coconut latte is delicious. The Acai bowls are amazing. Service is great. It's extremely busy, so prepare to wait. Note, it's worth the wait. Seating is limited.

So good and generous !!!!

Best acai I've had. 10/10

The food use to be better now its tasteless and the ambience use to be quiet and peaceful. Now it's loud and noisy with music and so many people talking. It's more like a noisy bar. I use to like going there but not anymore. Now I have to find another vegan burger spot

I've been coming here since it was just a food truck, and I've always been happy to see how much they've grown over the years. The food is still very good, which is why I continue to come back. That said, it feels like some of the growth has come at the expense of the customer experience. During my most recent visit, the music was extremely loud, the overall atmosphere felt chaotic, and service seemed slower than it used to be. It took about 30 minutes to receive a bowl and an order of fries. The food quality remains strong, but the atmosphere and service don't feel as polished as they once did. I also have to admit I'm a little confused by the coffee shop addition it feels like they're trying to do a lot at once. I appreciate their success and growth, but I hope they can refocus on the customer experience that made the place special in the first place.

We came around lunch time on a Friday and it was packed! Even though it was so busy, the service was still good and moved fairly quickly. The açaí base was really delicious and tasted like the açaí in Brazil. My only recommendation would be to use a better bowl that is deeper, so that it’s easier to eat with all the toppings, like other açaí places have. We also had the açaí smoothie and it was super refreshing!

I love the chatara fries here, especially with the impossible crumble!
-
The quinoa burger was so delicious. Fresh tasty vegan Puerto Rican delight.

I will never return to this place again. The food was overpriced, mediocre, and made my body feel terrible after eating. Also got a Passionfruit lemonade but it was SO sour to the point where it was genuinely undrinkable. Not worth the prices. Service was not well either, asked for removal of toppings on both burgers I ordered but they had all the regular toppings and one of the service workers laughed when I struggled to hold all the items I ordered. Would NOT recommend.

If you’re looking for the BEST Acai bowl in Orlando, look no further. I’ve been coming here since 2020 and I’ve tried many other Acai places. Nowhere else comes close.

Updating my review because they are no longer vegan. Good food quality but their menu changes have been somewhat dissapointing.
-
Great food, would have had no idea it was plant based meat if I wasn't told ahead of time! Everything was delicious. Only downside was the small seating area inside.
-

I always receive outstanding customer service here! The staff is so friendly, the food is great, and the coffee is even better. 🤩 Thank you Jonathon, Paola, Maria & Emily! 🫶
