Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Read together, this corpus is a split decision. Reviews mentioning service average 3.8 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.
Coverage here reaches back to Oct 2025 and forward to Jun 2026. One subject never comes up here: how clean the place looks. Newer reviews score better than older ones (4.3 recent against 3.7 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
The kitchen graded a B (89/100) on 1 intermediate and 8 basic violations at its last inspection, which is roughly where the reviews sit too. DBPR last walked in on March 13, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 40% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include potentially hazardous foods properly thawed and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Good. Flavored teas were on point. The nuggets and fries were low key bland during my visit but hopefully it’s not an ongoing thing.
-
Definitely my favorite boba shop in Orlando.
-
That’s my son and mine favorite place. The waffles and crab chips and Taro boba tea are very delicious. And the ladies at the front are very nice
-
Love the view to the airport, they have an excellent selection of options and one of the best flavors in Orlando. Their selection of ice creams was soo yummy too! Been here a couple times and their quality is always top notch

Was going to go to my gym and then I saw this adorable Boba Place Service is fantastic very airy and roomie environment The Mango Slushy & Peach Pearls: A great flavor profile; the two fruits complement each other well without one overpowering the other. Viral Treats: They are stocked up on the trending fruit ice cream crunch items and have a wide variety of ice cream sandwiches and assorted frozen desserts. Popcorn Chicken: This might be a "skip" for those who prefer a higher breading-to-meat ratio. The spicy version is very meat-heavy, which wasn't quite the expected texture compared to more traditional, heavily-battered versions. Parking: Plenty of free parking available. Location: Situated in a great, accessible area.

I’ve been wanting to come here for many years and I’ve never been and I finally came today! Food and drink is excellent, customer service? Terrible. I will definitely be back because food and prices are amazing I told the cashier it was my first time there, she didn’t at all bother to explain to me how the menu worked, the menu is overwhelming but the point of her is to assist customers, she stocked, chatted with other employees and pressed buttons on the computer as I ordered. Customer service? Zero. I also asked her because I noticed that they charge more with card than they do with cash, and I asked her how much more do you guys charge with card? And she answered “it’s not a lot, like 70 cents” and I said “it’s a percentage per dollar, I’m looking for a percent” The manager/owner was next to me and I asked “are you the owner?” And asked her. The answer is 3%. Just in case bring cash so you can pay less, and not support those corporations take charge more. I spent $35 for 2 drinks 2 baos and corn nuggets

Didn’t get boba but got the fruit ice cream, super yummy, the owner put ice in the bag with the ice cream, very considerate!
-
Hands down best Boba and I’ve tried them all. The food is really good, especially the Bao’s and bowls. The fried tofu is great too. The service is very friendly.

This used to be my place to go for Bahn mi few months ago last time I got Bahn mi here they where shorter in size what they normally used to be but still delicious .After a few months later I decide that I wanted some Bahn mi cause I was craving for it and this place is one of the few places where they used to get it right guess what ,they don't sell them no more they completely removed it from the menu and literally all the prices went up including there Boba tea's I was so bummed about it I guess I'll have to look for another bahn mi and Boba place it was good until it lasted. I wish them luck and prosperity in there business..

The tea was made quickly and tasted great.
-
Cute place. I happened to notice it while looking for UPS next door and decided to pop in. They have those viral fruit icecream/sorbet things and I tried one. It was better than I expected (lemon) and my honeydew milk tea was perfect.

Place was pretty run down, and was blasting metal music. Went there to get some work done and it was impossible to focus. Workers seemed bored and uninterested, not nice at all. I got a poke bowl, and for $15, it was barley filled up and tasted like the ingredients were days old.

Good stuff

Found by chance when looking for place to eat, and kept running into closed places. Person at counter (owner?) was very nice, and even asked if we wanted to substitute something more sweet when the item was supposed to include a spicy sauce. Very much enjoy this new discovery. Sadly, we won't be back unless we happen to come to Orlando again. If so, we will make this a destination .

First time visiting and I was looking for a quick and small bite, I came in and ordered some hazelnut milk tea and pork bao buns. Immediately after taking a bite into the bao bun I was amazed at how spicy and delicious it was, the milk tea hands down without a doubt was sweet and delicious as well. The workers were kind and very helping when helping me order, I would come back order once more!

The staff is friendly but the food used to be better. The Boba milk tea is still good.
