Over priced for what id call fast food style food. Service is normally slow at this location, but food is always fresh.

Great burgers and unlimited fries.

After FINALLY returning from Tampa for refueling after circulating around Orlando due to severe thunderstorms, we were hungry. Business partner suggested Red Robbins. RED. ROBBINS. DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT! The place had quite a few people. We were greeted and seated by friendly and welcoming staff. Our waiter, Don, was simply amazing, attentive, polite, listener, and the perfect balance/without overdoing it when it came to checking in on us . . . And the other tables around us. Don was on point!! He gave great suggestions and I went with the teriyaki with pineapple burger. For drink, I went with coke-coconut with cold foam dirty soda. I never had it before. During our conversation as we looked over the menu, I said I liked pineapple and coconut. He listened and gave the burger and drink suggested. I told him what my three things/sides I would like to try and he was on it! Not once did we have to remind him! Not once did we have to ask from a refill of our drinks or sides. He was impressive! The food was great! Definitely fresh, hot and yummy!! The manager came around and checked on each table throughout our time there. Nice guy! There is one thing that would need improvement on and it's the ladies' restroom. However, Don's great service and the great tasting food and drinks overshadowed that.

I stopped going to Red Robin a while ago because I was usually disappointed. We tried it again for lunch today. We had great service from Taylor and the food was good. They used to give you a tiny basket of steak fry refills and it would take a while to get. It was fast today and the refill amount was respectable. The lunch special of a double burger, bottomless fries, and a drink for $9.99 is one of the best deals around. If you haven't been in a while, I recommend trying them out.

If you want an excellent burger, Red Robin is the place you want to go to.

Our server was very friendly I'm not sure but I think her name was Tia. She went above and beyond and noticed as soon as my drink was gone she was already there with a refill. The Manager was very friendly and checked on us to make sure everything was good with our orders. Even the bartender who brought our food to us noticed my daughter's drink was low and got her a refill. Everyone at this location made us feel like a vip. Will definitely be back there when I'm in that area.

Aysiah was very attentive and an excellent server. Our burgers were very juicy and delicious. The endless sides were filling. We're appreciative the game was on as well.

My food was cold and half of my order was incorrect. I don't visit Red Robin often. I'm in no rush to come back.

So my husband left not to long ago after picking up a pick up order, wings and a kids meal, we had to wait a lil which is no issue, but he added a milkshake right when he came in and paid for that separately since the order was already paid for, it started to take really long for the milk shake so he ask one young lady there where our milkshake was that we order, she said she don’t make milkshakes and they are making other drinks, how does that make sense when we have a to go order, he then waits about another 4-5 mins and ask her again she then says let me ask my drink was under her the whole time, that is just an acceptable our food gets cold in the process of waiting for a small milkshake is just crazy and not to mention the waiter had the milkshake infront of her the whole simple. Paying attention is something to simple instead of seeing a customer at the front and nobody even checking to see what they might need, like Red Robin get it together . Now we are left with a damn water down milkshake a cold food . Yea ok won’t be coming back.

So i went yesterday to eat with my son, So first when we walked in it look like 2 teenagers were sitting guests, then they put us in a table that was dirty , when waitress finally came she looked like she was having a bad day so we order drinks lemonade and it tasted like water from the ground, now the order: my son ordered chicken sandwich and it was not cooked properly, the order of mozarrella twists tasted like freezer , My burger meat was not cooked properly meat was like rubber, i requsted the burger no pickles or onions and it came with amost half an onion and full of pickles. It had no good flavor at all, french fries were soggie and raw on inside, to pay the kiosk was not working so the waitress brought another one , i make the payment and when i ask for receipt it went blank i waited and waitress never came back.. and restrooms looked like a gas station restroom very dirty , my first experience going to Red Robins was awful, i will never ever go again...

As soon as I walked in the restaurant, i noticed that the place was not clean. They sat me and my father down on a table that was not cleaned up, the men’s restroom was filthy, and service was a so so. I order a classic chicken sandwich, which was pretty good, the fries were okay at best, and a lemonade to drink. The lemonade did not taste good at all, and we also order some mozzarella sticks for the appetizer and it did not came out as fresh as we were expecting. Certainly not the best burger joint to go to. I never had any interest going to red robin ever, now i have a better reason why i will never go back

They served me extra fries that were probably was from the trash or somebody else plate some fries had cheese (I did not ask for cheese on them) they looked pale some half eaten not coming back here ever

Good place, good burgers, good service

Not good. Terrible food and service. Can not stress enough avoid avoid avoid. So disappointing. Some locations of Red Robin are good, not this one.
