Today I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! The manager on this place is THE BEST PERSON in the world! So kindness and sweet ! She help me with my tickets sooooo fast and easy! Definitely she make my Day!

Horrible on Tuesdays. Avoid at all costs! I have been waiting 40 minutes for food and we are now 10 minutes in to my movie.

Our friends met to see Michael and while it was a nice theater with your typical prices, we were expecting nicer seats. They do not recline at all and they are tight to get around others. Overall good service and cleanliness.

Very nice movie theater, clean and all you can expect from a Regal movie theater

Tickets and food are expensive. Seats are tiny and crowded into the theater. They’re fitting in more seats than what’s comfortable within the space. Ontop of this the cost is over the top and you’re paying for less.

How is it that one of the slowest theatres Oviedo has recliners but Waterford doesn’t? This I am confused about. Movie was good tho

rob is amazing he is the greatest employee that I ever met at any establishment he was perfect he made a raise if you see this 10 out of 10 I think these employers should raise his pay 100% he gave me the best customer service I ever received in my whole lifeq and he did not write this I wrote this because he's amazing

The staff hasn’t always been the kindest to my friends and I. I even had a worker raise her voice at me. But the theater its self is super big and has a lot of options for movies.

Me and my kids took a visit to the theater this Memorial Day weekend to see the new Starwars movie on Saturday evening. The theatre was absolutely disgusting and the floors were very sticky. The bartender during the evening took forever with my drink around 945pm. She seemed quite dismissive and rude, not to mention confused. I didnt have a problem at first, but I was already frustrated with my movie watching experienceand was hoping things would be quicker. I am a frequent customer at this location and I am disappointed with the cleanliness and customer service I was given.
