What diners say — our read

Reviews here split hard: 17 five-star against 4 one-star, with little in between. Opinion on what it costs is split — those reviews land at 3.9 on average. After that, how much food arrives appears most often — 23% of the corpus, averaging 5.0.

Freshness and temperature shows up in 18% of reviews as well, averaging 3.8. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 17 of the 22 reviewers who rated. The split is 18 positive to 4 negative across 22 rated reviews.

On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (88/100) with 1 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 1 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That inspection was on March 5, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 37% of graded kitchens in Orange County. Among the items recorded were food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and plumbing installed & maintained.

UPDATE 7/30/26 We no longer live in Orlando but had to come this way and you guys were our first thought for lunch! Prices are still good for the current economy. We got 2 flauta meals, asida fries, huaraches carne Asad, and a large horchata for $50. We love this one!!!

food is excellent my only issue would be drive thru. i ordered online went to pick up my orders and was the second car in drive thru and i had to wait 15 mins and the car before me had a small order but had to wait a while also.. but other then that id definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Their taco salads are amazing lots of fillings inside a big edible shell.

    Absolutely Amazing ! Highly recommend!

I’m so disappointed with my purchase this time. This place was always my favorite because of the amazing taste. It’s crazy how I paid $11 dollars for this burrito and this is what’s inside. That little scoop of rice, slobbered more with beans than anything else. If I wouldn’t live so far I would have returned and asked for a refund. This is terrible, if you’re going to raise up the prices don’t cut back on the portioning because this isn’t fair at all. That literally one teaspoon of rice. I’m so disappointed and upset to have waited my hard worked money on this garbage ! Never again !

Some of the best tacos in Orlando. Very quick. Tacos are stuffed. Please attend.

  • June 18, 2026

Absolute best tacos in Orlando. Prices are so reasonable, they stuff each taco to the top with meat, and they’ve never messed up my order. Today we even tried the asada fries and they’ve never messed we’re overloaded to the top.

Worse customer service I ever had not even McDonald ! Tacos de asada are nasty they don’t taste like asada at all the torta was all wagging broke down once we opened it

Finally got to try this place out! We mostly came for the prospect of $1 tacos but in these times? Oh well. I’ll have to go to Mexico for that one. These tacos were great! The salsa verde had a kick (most don’t these days) which I liked. The meat tasted exactly like it does in Mexico (with just a HINT of something slightly off? but not a dealbreaker). I got carne asada & my fiancée got carnitas. Not dry at all but personal preference I like my carnita softer. He loved it. I love how they package the food. Tacos can be a little messy & we couldn’t wait & snuck bites in the car. For the unlocked memories of walking across the border with my grandparents for some great food I WILL DEFINITELY be coming back! I will say the tortillas need to be cooked longer. That review where they bash the tacos for not being authentic??? & then post a picture of a LETTUCE & CHEESE taco. I’m dead. I actually do come from a border town. McAllen Tx. Just sayin. That other review for the nachos. I think nachos like this are also similar in Mexico. They make fresh tortillas so they come out a little thicker/tougher than tortilla chips from a bag. Not ideal for nachos but authenticity is a rare commodity. Point: I loved this place! I will be back! If you want the real Mexican taco experience try this place out!!

Great Tacos here. If they were cheaper id eat here everyday. Worth the cost though.

  • June 7, 2026

Order was missing items cold and so expensive to get the wrong items!

  • June 6, 2026

This was really good I stopped after my hair cut ordered burrito carne asada and I must say good portion was okay but overall happy. Sat under a canopy 89 degrees thank you God for such a good day. Hot salsa was it! And the bag of pickled veggies added to my delight. Will come again.

The food was so so good and authentic. I’m from California so my standards for authentic Mexican food are very high. This is the best Mexican I have found in Florida by far!

  • May 29, 2026

They are always fire the best taco spot in Orlando you better use the website and get your points I always save up for a free horchata or taco , I’m a regular here at this point lol

  • May 28, 2026

Born and raised in New Mexico and looooove Mexican food and New Mexican food. I have to say this spot is a hidden gem. The price of food is great, and the serving size is amazing. The red and green salsa served with the meals is good. The pickled jalapeños for the fries and nachos were really surprising. Most pickled jalapeños have no heat value or flavor, yet the jalapeno they use have amazing flavors and good heat for being pickled. Definitely coming back for more!!!!

So a friend and I ordered this for our lunch break. I got the chorizo hot Cheetos burrito and a Mexican sausage taco with hibiscus drink, he got the 4 taco pack with an horchata and a marinated pork taco. This food was amazing the sauces were amazing. Whatever the red sauce was, it was fire. The burrito has kept me full and satiated for 2 and a half hours now the taste was just (make a pleasurable grunt in your head) we already know we are gonna be getting food here more often. For a total of 6 tacos 1 burrito and 3 medium drinks including tip and delivery we spent $55. You can of course save some money by doing pickup which we plan to do in the future but I’d say right now it was money well spent. The only thing I can say that’s not great is that while they have Diet Coke and Coke Zero, those are unfortunately the only zero sugar drinks they have. Hopefully they can and will start stocking more zero sugar options
