What diners say — our read

4.6 stars across 20 reviews, an F health grade — those two numbers are not describing the same visit. Opinion on whether food comes out hot is split — those reviews land at 3.7 on average. Service is the next most common subject, in 30% of reviews (averaging 5.0).

Of the 20 rated reviews, 18 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (17 of 20).

The inspection record is the harder read. DBPR graded this kitchen an F (46/100) on 5 high-priority, 3 intermediate, and 5 basic violations — a verdict the review average does not reflect. The visit behind that grade was May 26, 2026. That puts it ahead of 1% of graded kitchens in Orange County. For specifics, the last inspection cited food from approved source.

The practical read: people enjoy eating here, and the kitchen still failed its last inspection. Those are separate claims, and only the second one gets checked by anybody. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Always a great place to eat with friends or loved one's, especially dates. Food is great and they have a good selection of stuff. Price is on the cheaper side for this kind of restaurant.

This is a very small space especially for the location central to most theme parks, with that said pack some patience. Groups of 2 you will most likely get seated on the side bars. Food options were decent. Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ is a much better option. Will I ever return to this hot pot location NO!

The filtered water is perfect. The fatty beef was particularly tasty today. We love that we can customize our own soup. The options to add are awesome!

Do not let the other review fool you this place was an absolute disaster. I had a genuinely terrible time. The soup was completely watered down; it tasted like I was sipping on lukewarm vegetable-flavored water. Nothing about the ingredients felt fresh, and the so-called frozen meat section was a filthy mess honestly felt like a health hazard waiting to happen. As for the condiment bar, I couldn’t even tell what I was scooping half the time. Was it soy sauce? Was it something else? Who knows. The only remotely tolerable parts of this place were the music and that ridiculous robot rolling around and even that felt more like a distraction from how bad everything else was. Yeah… rant over. Never again.

I keep returning here for a reason! My latest visit, I noticed a whole area of a hot food area which was a nice bonus. The hot pot AYCE is $33 on a weeknight. I believe that is after tax. Items that I go for at the buffet cold station are the fatty beef, pork filled fishballs, crab sticks, crawfish and shrimp. I also like the raw oysters. I had crab here before and I'm not sure if they do not have it anymore or if they don't have it on the weekdays. They have a conveyer belt that shuttles vegetables, dumplings, tofu and noodles around so it's easy to grab. I like that this restaurant labels it too so you know what it is. Everything is individually saran wrapped for cleanliness. The hot food station had appetizers such as chicken wings and spring rolls but also had cooked food like ham fried rice and a delicious fried salt and pepper jumbo shrimp. I loved it. Would definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

We come here every time we come to Orlando. It’s tradition now lol.

Friendly staff, food was amazing will definitely be returning :)

Honestly, this was one of the most underwhelming AYCE hot pot experiences I’ve had in this price range. The ingredients were mediocre, the broth lacked depth, and the sauce station was pretty basic. If you’re looking for better quality and variety for the same price, just head over to K-Pot Hot Pot & BBQ nearby. It’s significantly better in every category.

The food was spectacular! We were very impressed. Just start slow adding things to your broth to get it just right. Original + hoisin sauce + soy sauce was the perfect blend. Employees are so nice and very attentive. 10/10 would recommend

I came here with my friends a week ago and had such a nice time that I had to come back with my boyfriend not too long after! The food is delicious and our server Kai was very attentive and had great service. I will definitely be returning!
