Amber D was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made our visit the best we've had at Texas Roadhouse!

I ordered a steak blue rare as usual. It came out the wrong side of medium. I had not eaten all day, so I ate half of it. My husband wanted to send it back, but I said no, I was starving. The bartender asked if I wanted a box, I said no, but please take this to the kitchen to show that it is very medium, not blue rare. She said they never get the temp right & threw it in the trash. My mistake, it will go back from now on. So very disappointed.

Well run and fast service. Make sure you call ahead.

I would like to thank our waitress Trista we were there on 06/23/2026. She was very patient and went above and beyond. Highly recommend Trista, you will definitely be taken care of.

Short girl with brown hair at the Mobil window was insanely rude.

Our waitress at 12pm, on Saturday, June 20th sat us towards the quiet back of the restaurant. She was so attentive and caring. I asked for dairy-free sear on my chicken because they use a combo of butter an margarine according to the app and website. She went to check and helped me get a FANTASTIC MEAL!!!! It was just that easy. The kitchen seasoned my chicken perfectly!!! Literally the best meal I have eaten out in 10 years. Potato was perfect. Green beans were sooooooo good. On the softer side, but the flavor is amazing.

Come to visit FL for a business trip and stopped at this Texas Roadhouse on my way back from Jacksonville, and got well attended by Michelle in the bar area. 10/10 Definitely coming back to this one. Had a great conversation and was on point with my beers 👍🏽

The manager today was great think her name was Kristy, she has earned my business as she took care of me because my order from yesterday wasn’t made properly; for that I will keep coming back over and over again to this location; when you are treated right whether you are Hispanic or American, and the food is Delicious you definitely got to come back , Thank You Texas Roadhouse 👒 for having good people work for you. We were placed a table, and asked what we wanted to drink. Quick to bring the drinks but no silverware for the rolls and no straws…we had to ask for them, got our salads before getting silverware. Had to wait. Noticed spilled salad on the floor by our table …didn’t seem to be an issue that numerous ppl had to walk around it or on it. When leaving the salad by our table wasn’t the only food on the floor we noticed we were near the back and noticed food on the floor everywhere. There was a college girl who stopped at our table earlier asking about the food but didn’t seem to be interested what is spilled on the floor. Had to check my shoes before getting in my car. Was not impressed with the restaurant.

The blonde bob haired girl named corrine was my server and oh my gosh. Let me tell you. She was so amazing and attentive and kind helpful. I’ve never felt so valued and cared about in a restaurant. Her bob was so bobing and her blonde was so tea. I think her last name was something like glasnak or something. SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Sat at the bar had exceptional service from Sophie. Food was perfect medium rare steak with sweet potato cooked to perfection. Thank you Sophie

Best Prime Rib in Port Orange. My wife and I absolutely love it there. The customer service is phenomenal as well!
