This how they wrap sandwiches here. They straight up use their hands. No tongs. They just reach in the 10-1 meat trey and grab it with gloves. Nice. That's how you cross contaminate. Big safety issue if you have allergies. Lazy

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. After an issue with my order in the app, I was told by who I assume was the manager, Niya, that I would have to get a refund through the app and that it had nothing to do with the store. When I explained that I still needed food and was willing to pay for a new order, she refused to help and told me I had to drive around again. This situation was not my fault, yet instead of trying to assist or offer a solution, she shut the window in my face and told me to leave because I was “holding up the line” and “adding minutes to her orders” At no point did she attempt to have a professional conversation or provide any customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. A manager should be able to handle customer concerns respectfully and professionally. Based on this experience, I do not believe Niya demonstrated the qualities expected of someone in a management position.

Not 24 hours. Constantly closed at night.

I ask for extra pickles because I was pregnant and craving pickles and they gave me no pickles and when I called they did not sound or seem nice or like they cared at all

Fast service, no mistakes on orders

If u work at this McDonald’s you seriously should just quit your job because you clearly hate it. Take 25 minutes for a pick up order every. Time. Wrong sauce, no salt on the fries, cold food. I only stop once in a blue moon because I’m starving on my way home from work and it pisses me off every single time.

NOT 24 HOURS… I was told today when I pulled up to order at 3am that they are “closed to cook breakfast”. I didn’t even want food… just drinks. The employee was rude so I had to call to get the answer as to why they were closed. Unprofessional on so many levels and this is not how a business operates

People here are extremely rude. You guys are open 24 hours i dont understand why they are upset when we show up for food during food service hours. Im sorry if showing up and doing your job is such a hassle. Just take the extra ten mins and go to the ine in french way better and nicee

I am currently here now at 3:30am to pick up a mobile order and the”24hr” location is closed. Why? Theres employees inside working…..

they get worse and worse. crazy part is i went during the day when the kiddos are in school and the grown folks still messed up my order. dont get me wrong the fries were hot and fresh which is why i gave a 2.. the restaurant was clean and my server was nice howeverrrrrr what is the major difference between a cheeseburger and a hamburger, when everybody in the grill area was over the age of 40?!?!?!?!

They've messed up my entire order the 2 times I was there Nobody wears a hair net, including the male employee with long hair and visible chest hair. So it's no surprising that my food had hair in it. Never again!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever

Anytime you order here when its evening they say "We are only taking mobile orders" then you order mobile and they take FOREVER to make your food to the point you are waiting 20 plus minutes in the drive through. Its this particular McDonalds, and its a pretty consistent occurrence as well. Food usually comes out fine when it finally does but having the drive though down almost every night it insane.
