Fries cold.. chicken was old. I don’t think it matters when you go here the food isn’t hot. They even park you or pull you to the 3rd window just to give you cold food.

Every night that I try to get some food after work this location gives me a complete BS reason as to why they can't serve me some food! One night it's closed for maintenance, the next night they're closed for no reason at all, then it's oh we're only serving doordash and Uber eats, or it's their system is updating. This has to be the worst McDonald's ever! Stop making excuses to not do your job because you rather stand around and wait for the morning crew to come in! This place needs to have a manager there at all times because it seems like the only time I can order food without any excuses is when there's a manager working and they can't just stand around and get paid!!

This is LITERALLY the WORST McDonalds ever. Reminds me of why I shouldn’t be eating this crap… the food is always terrible even when it’s cook to order.

Horrible service through the drive thru. Skipped two cars before me then never told me the total before snatching my card away. Next window the order is completely wrong. Come on it's not that difficult

Very slow food.

Breakfast was a Rush I came in town for some work needed a quick Breakfast Run. Ordered they had me park someone walked it out to me pretty good set up. But All in All Job well Done.

Avoid, poorly run. Sent an order in at 8:46 and got my food at 9:02!! It was only a medium BigMac meal! I don't get it

Dude told me I wasn’t allowed to order unless I did the kiosk that no one even knows hie to use horrible customer service we he could’ve easily asked me what I wanted an let me place an order instead he the usual suspect was just sitting around being useless go figure

Quite Disappointing. I've given this McDonald's a second, third, and fourth opportunity. At about $11.99 for a double Big Mac with added $3.30 for Mocha Frappe... burnt, dry beef patties!?; I had to throw away. Fish filet.. about $4.59 [see photo] judge for yourself if it appears at all edible[?]. I recall McDonald's had two filet sizes back in the day. This one was like a promotional 2 for $4 version, and it was dry. Unfortunately, I had to toss this one out as well. Aside from being overcooked, the beef patties and fish had to be sitting in prep bin for about 4-5hrs. French Fries, I must say, were fresh; however, they lacked salt. Good thing I was en route and was able to season them while they were still piping hot at home. Overall: I rate this one horrible. it's hit or miss, leaning more towards miss at this location. Why chance it with your hard earn money? It truly appears that the quality and customer experience do not matter to this owner. 8 years now within the general area, and the experience has not improved one bit. I can not encourage anyone to eat here, and it only took $21.28 after tax towards further discouragement. The owner should experience a level of shame here or enjoyment from losing customers for far less. The fact that there is a Burger King right across the street and other restaurants on 1st street, 17/92 and 46 you can elect to go to, should be enough motivation for this McDonald's and its owner to be somewhat more competitive for it's community,…

They forgot the ketchup 😞..

Well the atmosphere was kinda sterile meaning the store looked like a new design that isn't really homey. But first McDonald's I've ever been in that the food i was served actually looked like the picture on the menu. Also I went to ask for extra ketchup when the young guy brought me my food but he pointed to the tray that had extra ketchup already there. Plus he was very nice. Overall best experience I've had in a McDonald's in probably 20 years if not longer. Keep that awesome staff and the great work you are all doing

Be careful!! This is second time I’ve felt sick eating at this McDonald’s.
