THANK YOU! Food & service was excellent. Our server Nichole made sure everything was perfect. & the manager in the Spiderman suit not only made us smile, but also made us feel welcome & appreciated. Will definitely be dining here again!

Waitress was amazing! I like their new cue system where you can check in online, sit in the car and wait for a text. Food never disappoints!

Me and my husband frequent the Texas Roadhouse in Sanford. I've never left a review before even though the food and service is always wonderful. I had to write a review this time because our server NGUYEN was EXCEPTIONAL! I have chronic Pancreatitis which is a long-term, progressive inflammatory disease of the pancreas. I have so many food limitations which makes it extremely difficult to eat outside of me cooking my own meals. When I mentioned this to Nguyen, he knew exactly what to tell the cook in order for me not to end up in the ER. I will be requesting him every time I go there (which is quite often since it's my husbands favorite). Thank you so much for your help! I went home and had zero issues and that doesn't usually happen when eating out. To the manager, please show him this and tell him thank you again!

Im a regular at Texas Roadhouse. This location my wife and visited could not get my steak cooked correct. The 1st steak was undercooked and very fatty, so I sent it back. The 2nd steak was less fatty, but wasn't that great.

Food and service were fantastic. The dining area was clean. The men's bathroom needs attention.

i miss the peanuts on the floor! lol . food was excellent.

Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse!! Food was cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was loud as always lol but was able to have a conversation with friends.

Initial thoughts were Amazing. It was a little chilly but the supreme atmosphere and service topped the temperature. Tony our server was attentive, kind and polite. The food was slightly over buttered but the flavor was impeccable. This spot is WAY BETTER THAN THE TALLAHASSEE LOCATION!

Food was awesome as always, very friendly staff and service was really quick for a Friday night.

For this visit the food was great no issues or complaints. The steak was cooked exactly to our order sides where fresh and hot. The service was excellent Allison took great care of us. Was attentive and quick to grab anything we needed. She did a great job overall and would have no issues having her again. The location was clean and I kept well and all of the other staff were friendly and inviting. Overall great experience and would definitely return. Well done.

We just left the restaurant that we went to have dinner with are family and since we got there the servir was giving us attitude like if it was too late and it was only 8:15 pm when they close at 11 o’clock at night we had multiple kids that we order their food first because they were tired and they all just wanted to go to sleep. The drinks took forever to get to us so that the food and every time we’ll ask for something she will give us attitude. Finally, we asked for the check and she took forever to bring it to us. We asked for the manager when she came instead of asking what was going on she started to giving us attitude as well meaning that’s never going to change if The manager Naismith zis also rude

Tony was absolutely amazing! I came for lunch & he was so attentive, helpful and overall great! He’s served me and my partner before and every time he’s been so so nice & made our txrh experiences the best! Food was delicious as always & even the managers kept checking that I was doing ok, 10/10 dining experience

I have been , there at least 3 times past 3 months, I have enjoyed everything from the service, people food.

I have to say that I’m very pleased with the service that our server Marshal at Sanford FL location did for us on 6/1/2026. It was very busy and he still gave us a great service and always with a smile! Very professional! Thank you so much Marshal! And Thank you Texas Roadhouse for having people like him! Excellent food and service. Had the 11oz sirloin and loaded mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly .

Texas Roadhouse located in Sanford Florida, is a very busy restaurant. You are greeted at the door and promptly seated. The servers come immediately and take your order. The steaks and ribs are good and reasonably priced. There's a Kids menu with ample choice. Desserts are limited but a very good and big emo to share. Well worth a visit
