BEST WESTERN SPACE SHUTTLE INN BREAKFAST

This hotel literally was an awful experience.. the rooms smelled of old urine, and the air was toxic. We tried 3 room changes and finally left to go find another hotel. Staff were apologetic and tried to fix the smell but I don't think there's a solution unless they strip everything out and add all new. Pets urine seeps into the surfaces. I suspect the issue may be long term cigarette smoke as well. For a Best Western this was a shocker..

This cozy hotel has incredible staff, the front desk, breakfast attendant made me feel very welcome. Presently surprised with the breakfast, fresh fruit is always a bonus. The pool is beautiful, the bed is comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here it’s a nice location and a great value.

Older hotel very clean

I found my room to be very old. The floor was very gritty.

Thea. Lisa, Rayne & Cleaning Staff were Amazing. Jeff the Night Manager is very rude to Single Women. Worst Customer Service Experience of my 40+Year Career. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL watching Crime shows in the lobby depicting a Women getting raped. Unfortunately this has tainted the BEST WESTERN BRAND for me. One and DONE. As a Global Soroptomist I CAN NOT SUPPORT a Business that Disenfranchises Women. Unfortunately the Manager Martha stood behind her Employee. I asked to speak to the Owners of the Franchise for VOC was denied. SINGLE WOMEN STAY AWAY. In addition Bugs 2 nights in a row.

I can park my big truck inside That water pressure was 10 out of 10 I’ll have to come back and try the pool out. It was nice and quiet. I overslept until 10 AM. No one woke me up until about 9:30 which was nice. I said that’s hard to find in most hotel as I get woke up early in some places. It was my first time here and I’ll be back again.

Front desk was polite & friendly. Rooms smelled musty. Bathrooms need some attention. Beds seemed old. Breakfast would get a very low rating. Biscuits were hard & stale. Gravy was not hot. Eggs were rubbery. Very convenient hotel but plan to eat breakfast elsewhere

Not a good experience. First the front desk gave me a room that was not ready and bit smelly. Back to the front desk, the next room in a different building was ready but smelled of mold and mildew and a little urine mixed in. Not even the heavy perfuming could hide the odors. The king bed was comfortable, but the frame must have been broken as it made several concerning sounds when you got into or out of it. The toilet bowl is a round low type from the last century. The shower curtain is mounted a bit too low so the bottom of the curtain lays in the shower pan making for a gross looking stain at the bottom hem. The breakfast area is really small and tight with a bottle neck at the small entry door. |I guess I got what I paid for as it was an inexpensive room, but I expected more from a Best Western. I was happy to leave after 1 night and would never stay at that location again.

Very dated. Actually online pictures look great, but the rooms were opposite. It was a blast from the past.

While our room was clean, it was in a building they knew had no hot water. The front desk blamed the afternoon person and offered no compensation. Then to to it off the breakfast waffle batter did not have the hint of vanilla that all other BW's use. Such a let down.

Vary accommodating & friendly staff.

This has to be one of the worst best westerns we have stayed in. We booked the room using our points for one night and paid for the second while we waited to go on our anniversary cruise and I have to say I was so extremely disappointed, we got a non smoking room which still smelt horrible (stale smoke and mildewy) and had bugs everywhere (on the floor, in the bathroom, and all over the counter and the sink). The gap under the door was alarming and the door lock was super sketchy. And stains on the pillow case. I’m not a confrontational person but I just had to come back and leave a review because it was such a horrible experience. The breakfast room was so small you had to literally go shoulder to shoulder with people and squeeze past chairs to move around. The only good thing about this place was the restaurant attached which had delicious food but if I could get my points back or some sort of refund I don’t think it would even make up for it. 0/10000 would not stay here or recommend this place to anyone who visits this area. With the counters being the same color as the bugs it was extremely difficult to get a picture but when I say there was at least 20 bugs on the counter there was probably more. Absolutely horrible experience and felt very uncomfortable.

Recently stayed 4 nights for a bucket list trip to see a rocket launch. We had a king room on the 2nd floor, room 256 Musty odor. Didn't get better even when having AC on continously. AC seemed like it stopped cooling after awhile. Room got humid. Missing body wash holder in shower- no body wash or bar in room. Lovely lady at reception bought us a bottle after her shift was over since housekeeping had gone home. We had to ask for bar soap to wash our hands. No place for bar soap in shower or the bottle of body wash after we got one. Sink very slow to drain. No safe Not enough outlets available to charge phones & electronics Stains on linens Food was fair. Waffles & toppings, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage, yogurt machine. Sliced bread for toast & mini muffins were available. They had individual servings of oatmeal and grits, but no microwave. The instant oatmeal didn't cook well by adding hot water from the coffee machine. One morning there were fruit cups, otherwise small apples. All in all, was not one of the better Best Westerns we have stayed at (platinum members). This is more like a motel. Shabby but liveable for few nights. Needs some improvements. Seems like there were some long term residents living there. We saw a family there every day with kids playing outside their doors. They were friendly and quite. Just had to be careful parking as the kids were small probably around 6-10 years old, sitting on the ground in front of the rooms. Saving grace was the staff.…

Great Value in Titusville!|If you are looking for the best bang for your buck in Titusville, this is it. While it is an older property, you won't find a better deal in the area—especially one that is so welcoming to dogs.||The highlights of my stay:|• The Breakfast: I really appreciated the full breakfast provided every morning.|• The Service: Everyone here is incredibly friendly and attentive.|• Front Desk Shout-out: A huge thank you to Rayne at the front desk. Stayed last weekend. Fridge wasn't working correctly they sent maintenance down and he smelled of pot so bad room smelled for hour. Sink had ants that kept coming back. Water pressure so low could barely take shower. Pics of pool are not realistic. Will never stay at location again.

The walls in this hotel are unbelievably thin — I could literally hear the people in the room next to me brushing their teeth. The noise insulation is terrible. The guests upstairs were making loud noise around midnight that sounded like they were doing an exercise video, and despite calling the front desk three times, nothing was done about it. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing and barely worth offering. Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown and absolutely not worth the price. In my opinion, this place feels like it should cost $50 a night at most. Very disappointing experience.

Good side - convenient and close to NASA. Very clean I use Lysol wipes and black light - no dirt on wipe and only found a hand print on the head board. So very clean, bad side / paper thin walls. Recommend? Yes stay here for the price and location

This review of Best Western in Titusville is enhanced by the presence of a gentleman that epitomizes customer service: Jeff “O.” When we had a minor concern about something in our room, my wife asked him a quick question about it. He literally stopped what he was doing in order to come right over to our room to examine the concern. He addressed the problem with sincerity and skill. We are grateful to any and all employee that demonstrates a care for the customer. But wait. There’s more. We had two orders shipped here from Amazon and were assured that they would be safe and ready for pick up when we arrived. Check. In addition, we expected, and received, a quick and facile check in. Check. When we had a concern with our room, in addition to Jeff’s assistance, we were offered an alternate room. So, who is responsible for this additional demonstration of excellent customer service? Ashley. This Best Western is clean and a good value for the money. What makes it stand out is the efforts of its employees. Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

The Space Shuttle Best Western is conveniently located for all Kennedy Space Center adventures. I received excellent service from Cindy, Michelle, and Ashley at the front desk and Shelly was the best breakfast attendant! I would highly recommend Best Western as a great budget option hotel!

Positive: Very good breakfast and location was good (near Orlando Wetlands) Negative: If you have a room downstairs and guests upstairs, it's loud. The breakfast should be earlier. Or, they should have everything but eggs and sausage ready earlier than 7am for early risers (those who want to be at the wetlands, early flight, etc.)

Colazione molto risicata con frittata di uova e salsicciotti di carne come salato con pane mangiabile ma non saprei di che tipo, e come dolce dei mini muffin buoni … caffè solo americano e vari succhi dal distributore self service.

We recently stayed at the BW Titusville as part of my son's Make-a-Wish trip for an add on to see Kennedy/NASA, and our experience was excellent. We recieved more personalized care and thoughtfulness here than at a much higher priced hotel we stayed at in Savannah. The staff went out of their way to prepare a customized welcome bag for my son, full of adorable and thoughtful items for his stay on the Space Coast. He literally almost cried from how sweet it was, including a beautiful personal note from the Manager, Martha. The room was very clean, AC worked great, beds comfy, shower hot clean and good pressure. I can't say enough about these folks, and I hope we get to stay with them again!! Thank you BW!! ♡

We drove down for a cruise taking place the next day. After a long day of driving we go to the office to check in and even though check in is at 4:00 the room wasn’t ready until almost 6:30. I will say the front desk lady was VERY nice. We loved her energy!! We get to the freshly “cleaned” room and the floors are dirty, the mattress doesn’t even have fitted sheet or mattress cover it’s just a thin top sheet tucked into the bare mattress. Not the cleaning ladies fault and we brought extra blankets to lay on so not a huge deal. The sheets were clean. It wasn’t until I got in the shower that I realized how filthy the bathroom was. Black hair was everywhere. And I mean EVERYWHERE. I was so glad I brought my shower shoes. The toilet handle had stuff on it and the toilet its self wasn’t really clean. We decided not to say anything as we were so tired it was t worth the hassle. The staff was very nice though! Especially the front desk lady!
