What diners say — our read

The direction of travel is downward across these 20 reviews. The staff cuts both ways here, averaging 3.8 among the reviews that raise it. How long an order takes follows at 25% of reviews, where ratings average 2.8.

More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 8 of 20. 14 of 20 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 3 are two or lower. Serving size shows up in 15% of reviews as well, averaging 4.0.

On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a C (77/100) with 1 high-priority, 2 intermediate, and 9 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That result dates from April 6, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 13% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.

The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Service is horrible. Waited about 30 mins to get even acknowledged at the bar. No bartender for a full bar, the drink I had was made by our waitress and tasted like no alcohol in it. Overall for a takeout order and a margarita it took about an hour 15 mins. Food wasn’t bad though.

I met 2 friends for dinner Tuesday. The server was nice and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the portion size for the guacamole and rice and beans for the price charged, as they did not feel like a good value. The drinks were also underwhelming- they were watered down and I couldn’t taste any alcohol in them. I would not recommend this restaurant.

La Marimba has really good yummy food, the best frozen Margaritas in town, and the staff are all very nice. Plus I think it is great to support a local family operated business.

Watress forgot about us. We had to get the busboy to process our check. Was good at first. All you eat tacos were soggy and took 20 min to get two more.

This is our favorite Mexican food restaurant in all of Central Florida. Excellent every time and amazing margaritas.

It is ashamed that they stop serving Steet Corn

Not as good as they were in the past.

I went here in 2025 with my sister and some cousins one night while on our vacation. The atmosphere was fantastic and our waitress was extremely attentive and jovial! The food was absolutely fantastic! I had already had dinner before we had come here and I couldn’t stop trying to shovel more of it in my mouth because it tasted that good! And the free chips were absolutely to die for. We ate outside and hung out until close having a wonderful time! Recommend this place 100 times over!

Usually a fan of the restaurant, but today was absolutely horrible. Provided my name for a table of one and they asked me my phone number. Told the hostess what my number was not once, not twice, not three times, but multiple times. She wrote it done and I waited and hour for my phone call. I got Tired and walked back inside and asked if there was an update on the wait time to which she said, “oh we tried calling you,” to which I never received a single phone call. Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude. They secured they would try and seat me to which I asked How long the wait for food would be since I’ve already waited an hour. I was answered with more attitude and decided that I would Just go elsewhere. Like I said, been a fan for a long time, but this is just unacceptable.

Solid place to go for some Mexican food. Never had bad food there. Pretty timely service, plenty of drinks to choose from. Plenty of places to sit inside, and a decent out door section.

    Great service

This used to be my favorite restaurant. Mom and I would go for lunch after church almost every Sunday. I also enjoyed the music and atmosphere. However, lately they have been playing very loud rap/R&B music which I find very annoying. I probably won't go again once I have used up my gift certificates. Very sad because the food and service are amazing.

The atmosphere is always upbeat and friendly. The food is good! And they make great drinks!

One of my favorite Mexican places in Titusville!

  • April 4, 2026

Their street tacos are great! Fajitas are delicious too but the service and atmosphere could do with some improvement.

Tacos were great.Tamales were basically masa rolls , not recommended

Visiting Titusville and loved this place! Very friendly and fast service. Absolutely delicious carnitas plate with salad, beans and rice. The guacamole was a small dollop, bit came with tortillas. The meat was so tender, just scrumptious. My hubby had Carne asada, he said it was great! My other dinner companions had the relliano plate (dinner portion) has TWO and the tostada and soup. We all left happy and full! Thank you. We came in early, so I can't answer about noise level, it slwas super quiet at 3pm.

Most excellent Mexican food. You absolutely must try the jalapeno poppers, they were so delicious we ordered a second round. And the nachos.... Oh, my. But fajitas? Whoa boy, fajitas. So much food you'll explode. Don't skimp - add the chorizo, cheese and pineapple!
