Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The 2.2-star average is misleading — almost nobody actually rated it that. The staff is the sore point: those reviews average 1.6. How long an order takes follows at 35% of reviews, where ratings average 2.2.
More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 10 of 17. Of the 17 rated reviews, 4 sit at four stars or better and 11 at two or below. Whether food comes out hot shows up in 18% of reviews as well, averaging 1.0.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a C (75/100) with 3 high-priority and 1 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That result dates from October 17, 2025. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 11% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: food from approved source.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Over the last several months, this McDonald’s has consistently been the worst location in the area. Countless orders have been incorrect, food is almost always cold by the time we get it, and the staff often seems inattentive and disengaged. The inside of the restaurant is just as disappointing. The dining area is dirty, the bathrooms are frequently gross, and the self-serve soda machine has been out of service for months with no apparent effort to fix it. It doesn’t create a welcoming environment at all. What’s especially surprising is that this location sits right on Washington Avenue near the waterfront and is visible during rocket launches. You’d think a restaurant in such a unique and highly visited location would take more pride in being clean, inviting, and well-managed. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. If you’re deciding between McDonald’s locations in Titusville, do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to the Garden Street location. The difference in food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and overall experience is well worth the short drive.

Best place for rocket launch viewing! 1 minute walk to river by condo or the park next to McDs

I went through the drive through and the young lady who took my order was very kind. They were very busy. My order was correct and delicious.
-
Staff doesn't greet you or ask for order. Then they replaced my undercooked double quarter pounder with regular patties and a mediuml fry instead of a large. I will never eat at another McDonald's.

Walking into this McDonald’s feels like becoming invisible. The drive-thru cars are getting treated like VIP celebrities while the people inside are standing there wondering if we accidentally entered a museum exhibit called “The Forgotten Customers.” I had enough time waiting for my food to reflect on my life choices, watch the drive-thru line circle the building three times, and possibly age a little. Meanwhile, the manager looked like smiling was against company policy. I remember when McDonald’s used to greet you with happy energy and fast service. Now it feels like if you walk inside, they’re shocked anyone still does that in 2026.

Horrible food is never fresh
-
Worse service I’ve ever experienced, guys look cracked out and high on the job and you ask for condiments and they give you one pack of mayo and ketchup for a LARGE order, will never visit this location ever again
-
Good food. No Cole Zero! Its fine lol but nit the yelling in the kitchen. Managers yelling at crew nonstop. Poor lady getting yelled at for a simple mistake she made with an order. These mistakes are wasy to fix and Managers should be kind to their crew.
-
Slowest darn store... Ubering here is a nuisance most of the time. I always end up waiting an eternity..
-
Grauslig. Noch nie einen solch schlechten MC gesehen und gegessen.

If you are expecting a long wait, go here

Amazing service and you can see the SpaceX launch from there or close by the bridge.

This has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. On several occasions it’s always the same issues. 1. Can NEVER find online orders 2. The staff has to be the rudest I’ve interacted with and it’s led by your manager in the AM she is disrespectful, rude, condescending and the lack of accountability is mind boggling 3. Multiple times orders are inaccurate and missing items then argue with you when you ask simply for the items we pay for like it’s OUR fault things are missing.
-
Typically not an issue but tonight the kid half threw. My food at me now my fries are all over the bag. Instead of the stupid deal. But thanks for no napkins and way to much sauce
-
The day staff here are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Then when you order us wrong, they make it difficult to get what you asked for in the first place...
-
I placed a big order and I understand it taking a bit longer than usual but they handed out half my order then wouldn’t acknowledge anyone else including myself in the lobby. I work in the fast food industry so I know the standard so for me to be frustrated with them should say something. It’s just frustrating to only get half my order then half to stand at the counter for 10 minutes to only get my food and not drinks I then had to wait until I got my drinks. And speaking on behalf of everyone in the lobby waiting with there receipts to get the rest of there orders as well. And the girls packing the food bags were on their phones the whole time.
-
Idk why you guys are handing out orders when not everything is with it. Then you look at me like ima stupid when I don’t have everything? The food was good but you need to train your staff better.
