My girlfriend and I stopped by Steve’s Diner for breakfast after watching the SpaceX Starfall demo launch, and I have to say, the space-themed mural dedicated to the Space Shuttle program outside is awesome. It’s a great touch for a diner on the Space Coast and definitely caught our attention before we even walked inside. The atmosphere was what you’d expect from a classic hometown diner, but the dining area could use a little TLC. Several of the booths and seats were torn with stuffing coming out, the tables felt a bit sticky, and it was noticeably warm inside. Service started off a little slow, but it looked like our waitress may have been the only one working during a busy breakfast rush, so it’s hard to fault her too much. I ordered Steve’s Delight, which came with a pancake, a slice of French toast, eggs, a sausage link, two pieces of bacon, and hashbrowns. The food was good, but it never really reached orbit. The eggs and bacon were cooked well, but I was surprised by how small the pancake was—I was expecting something a little more substantial. The single sausage link also felt a little skimpy, and unfortunately the hashbrowns were cold just a couple of minutes after they hit the table. My girlfriend ordered the croissant sandwich with home fries. She said the sandwich was good, but not particularly memorable, and the home fries were a little bland and could have been served hotter. Overall, the food wasn’t bad by any means, but it also wasn’t the kind of breakfast…

100% awesome diner!!! Incredibly FANTASTIC food! Reasonable prices! Good service! Comfortable! Lights with leaded glass globes! Been dining there approximately 30 years or so and have loved every single meal! Chairs with wheels or booths!

Fantastic Family! Diner waitress is there been there 23 years? That's pretty incredible

It felt like I parked in a time bubble stuck 40 years in the past, so my Yaris turned into a Tercel in the parking lot. The interior had a wonderul atmosphere to it, and the servers were very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, and I would recommend Steve's Delight to start with. Coffee was a little watered down, but still quite good, and their prices are a great value for the food you're getting. Swing on by if you're ever in the area.

Great place to eat. Service was excellent, food was awesome, very welcoming and friendly. Took my 79 yo blind mother to lunch on the Saturday before Easter and they could not have been more accommodating. I will absolutely visit there again.
