Something in these 22 reviews keeps circling back to the state of the place — and the grade explains why. When the staff comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.7. Freshness is the next most common subject, in 41% of reviews (averaging 2.9).
A third strand, pacing, appears in 32% of them at 2.1 stars. More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 8 of 22. 10 of 22 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 10 are two or lower.
Notably, 27% of reviews here already touch on cleanliness — and the inspection agrees, grading the kitchen an F (44/100) on 3 high-priority, 6 intermediate, and 14 basic violations. Diners were picking up on something real. That result dates from May 6, 2026. That puts it ahead of 2% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.
Both halves of this page point the same unflattering way, which at least makes it simple. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Food is mediocre. Service is slow. Staff hanging out out front smoking. Not the cleanest restaurant in the world. Worst Beef o Brady ever.
-
this was my first visit to a Beef O Brady's. Had the Friday fish special, it was excellent. Our server Bailey did a great job. Yes the restaurant needs a deep cleaning but we weren't putoff by it. We'll be back.

Service was slow. The table we sat at, the napkin dispensor was filthy, the monitor was dirty. Food was good.

Place was filthy. Dirty ceiling fans. Dirty windows. Dirty vents. My wrap was mushy.

We stopped by here on a Sunday at around 12:30 (out of season). There was a couple in a booth, maybe 1-2 people at the bar and a big group of like 12 that was finishing up eating when we came in with our little guy. PROS *Food came out hot *Greeted from the bar when we first walked in *2 year old meal came out nice and not too too hot and the grilled cheese was cut nicely into four triangles *Son's meal came out ahead of everything, just as we preferred and asked for. CONS *Couldn't do refills on sodas - server claimed they were out of sugar (assuming she meant syrup) *Drink refill came later for myself and after we reminded the server *Sunday is a Kid Combo Meal and I think we were charged for the full meal instead of $2.99. Server never even asked about it or offered. *My chicken tender mashed came out looking quite messy and different from the version I've had at the Beef O'Brady's in Port Saint John; the chicken was tough to chew into, as I'm quite sure it was a little overcooked *Husband's wings came out ahead of our appetizer and without his curly friws. Curly fries arrived too late for him to really enjoy them. *Husband's wings weren't real wet and arrived at the table little above room temperature *Didn't seem like any drink choices for kids being offered Overall, very disappointed in the server and the kitchen, especially for an establishment that was not very busy at all. Next time, we'll take the extra time and hit up the Port Saint John Beef O'Brady's. Never had…

I wouldn't know how the food is, my brother and I walked in to no greeting. We sat ourselves and both used the restroom one at a time. Not a single person on staff greeted us, or gave us a menu. We sat for 10 minutes before deciding to go elsewhere. While on the way out the staff made a condisending comment of "We got busy all at once, thanks for being understanding." While also serving drinks to people who walked in with us, after us and rechecking on guests whom were already served. We never were rude to the staff, they just gave attitude.

Been here three times and won’t return, this place is filthy dirty. The tables get wiped but the amount of grime on everything else is terrible. Napkin holders, salt and pepper shakers, glass I could go on but failing to clean this place leads me to believe the kitchen may be just as bad. Food not served hot and too slow. Sad.

We had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. When we walked in, all the tables were dirty even though it is seat yourself, so we had to wait for someone to clean a table before we could sit. After sitting down, we waited about 10 minutes just to get menus. Once we received drinks, we were not greeted at all. My son had just come from soccer practice and was thirsty, and I had to go to the bar myself to get a refill after 30 mins of waiting. Our food came out at different times, my sons first, then my husbands 10 mins later, but my meal never came at all. I asked for the check and had them cancel my meal. Our server blamed the kitchen, but nearby tables seated after us were served quickly, had multiple refills, and clearly received much better service from a different server. Overall, there was a complete lack of attention and accountability. This took away from what should have been a simple family meal.

The food was average. And it was pricey. A dry pastrami sandwich, onion rings, coke, and tip? Almost 30 dollars. And no veterans discount. Now I remember why it's been 10 years since I last went there. :)

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience today. When the manager, Brandi, approached my table and asked, “What do you want?”, the manner in which it was said came across as unprofessional and discourteous. In the food service industry, customer interaction and hospitality are extremely important, and the initial greeting often sets the tone for the entire dining experience. A more professional and welcoming approach would have been appreciated. Guests should feel respected and valued when they are being served. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the level of professionalism in future customer interactions moving forward.

Good food great service kid friendly as well as if you would like a cold beer and wings

Got there about 4:30 Wednesday afternoon. Ordered takeout and a drink. Food came before the drink was half gone. Brought home a good dinner at a reasonable price in a quick time.

Belle place et un bon choix de menu

I sat down here at around 5:40 tonight and it wasn’t that busy. I seen about 4 servers that were on the floor. Took 10 minutes to get greeted. I ordered pickle chips and a pitcher. The pickles were very good and fresh and the beer was cold. Then after my appetizer I had a crazy idea that I wanted to order an entree. After 15 minutes of sitting there waiting for a server to ask if I wanted to order anything else even while I was eating my appetizer, I finally got asked if I wanted to order anything else from a completely different server btw. I ordered boneless wings. They took 40 minutes to get me 15 boneless wings. Lady walked up and said they were “tossing” the wings and then 15 minutes later I finally got my food. Great food btw but terrible service. Idk if the server forgot to put in my order or if the cooks couldn’t handle a Wednesday dinner rush but either way for a party of 1 that’s embarrassing.

Great wings and chicken tenders
-
Dry sandwich once again. I ordered Mr Bings sauce because I want a spicy chicken sandwich. Last 3 times i got it it has been dry. Wasted money once again.
-
Servers friendly, food was great. Hot and received in a timely manner. Plenty of seating avail.
-
Brown salad, stale chips, sticky floors ordered a burger that was way to pink laughed about how they just opened when my party got there and they had already run out of cups as we were leaving with only 6 groups ranging 2-4 people per table
-
We have been going there this football season to follow our team when we can’t see it on our TV. A very friendly place.
