Fui ala 1:30 pm 27 de junio 2026 y la persona que toma la orden en el servicio carro fue muy malcriada no fue prefecional no creo que vuelva a este lugar a comer gracias I went to 1:30 pm June 27, 2026 and the person taking the order in the car service was very spoiled, it was not pre-optional, I don't think I will come back to this place to eat thanks.

Good quality burgers and fries, and their five way chili is unique and delicious. We also have tried their chili cheese dogs and they are messy but good.

I went to steak and shake starving after a long day at the beach, I was craving water more than anything. My friend and I go through the drive though and order two burgers a large diet coke and two large waters. Come to found out as we get the receipt the large waters were charged as a large diet coke and a regular coke costing $4 each. The worker (TK?) explained that there is no "Large Water button" and if we asked for a medium water it would have been free. I would have liked to know that info before being charged personally. What type of dystopian world are we living in that franchises can charge $4 for a cup of water.

Needs a better payment system. I was told no cash payments after 11. Can these restrictions please be stated or displayed

Poor service in the drive thru The cashier ignored us trying toget a receipt, no sweet tea and she didn't give us bbq sauce that we asked for. Her attitude was unprofessional and she shouldn't work the drive thru

Steak n Shake has always been a great restaurant, until now. They no longer make root beer floats. They no longer have cashiers or waitresses inside the store. They are slowly killing this great restaurant. Sure would like to go back to the 90s.

Tavi was such amazing help, she took my order very efficiently and with the upmost respect and when I was confused with the menu she suggested me her favorite options.

The manager Mrs.Gary Busey was extremely rude for no reason and definitely doesn’t belong in a position of leadership I definitely will not be returning to this poorly run establishment!.
