Jessica was our server and gave us an amazing service!!

I ordered from the Chili's website and whoever was supposed to deliver my food. Her name was Anitra. She did not deliver my order. She actually took it. I was so upset cause I love Chili's but pissed because the order was over $120 and we were just waiting- be careful of Door dashers name Arnitra - you may not get your food either.

I ordered online and inside the burger I pulled out a long piece of hair I understand but I’m really upset about this because the chips were also stale help! :(

Fast and efficient

Honestly this was my first visit to this restaurant chain. I was pleasant and my family enjoyed it. I certainly recommend this location!

I visited the restaurant on Sunday evening around 6:30 pm to dine with my grandmother. However, I encountered some challenges during my experience. The hostess’s customer service skills could have been improved. She was not particularly welcoming to our group. Additionally, the booth we were seated in lacked comfort and required more cushioning. The restaurant itself appeared somewhat outdated. On the positive side, our waitress, Kylie, was exceptional. She was kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. The drinks were exceptional, with margaritas and beers that were refreshing and flavorful. The appetizers were satisfactory, with the mozzarella and egg rolls being particularly delicious. The main course was enjoyable. I had a steak that was cooked to a perfectly medium-rare temperature. The loaded mashed potatoes were delectable. The chicken tenders were average, while the French fries were fresh and seasoned to perfection. I was particularly impressed with the chili, which I will definitely return to try again. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience and would recommend the restaurant to others.

During our recent dinner with my son, we encountered an exceptional waitress Kylie. her exceptional customer service skill, characterized by her warmth and attentiveness, left a lasting impression. The food was of satisfactory quality, and the beverages were delightful. however, we observed that the hostess could benefit from further refinement in her customer service abilities.

Honestly, the only parts of my meal I actually liked were the Mozzarella Sticks and the fries. I ordered a Bacon Burger, wife got a Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla. She liked hers just fine, but my burger was definitely overcooked, and the buns were stale. Friend at same table got a plain chicken sandwich that wasnt fully cooked (still had pink). We both got Tea and that was good (though hard to mess that up). Service staff was attentive and great. Its been years since I've been in a Chili's, and now I know I likely wont again. All in all, I don't recommend this restaurant.

Its a very nice restaurant. Food was delicious but felt rushed at times.

Mixed feelings about the place and I've definitely been going a lot less than I used to. Sometimes service is excellent - other times - there's really not much service at all lol. Sometimes the food comes out perfect and is delicious - other times it's missing items/under or over cooked and not really satisfying at all. There's a waiter that works the bar seating area that is normally very on top of things and enjoy when we get him. Really he's the stand out part that makes me say sometimes service is excellent.

Just now went in to eat at chilis and just got told 25 to 30 minute wait even though there is tables empty and quite a few that need to be cleaned this is crazy and not good service

me and my boyfriend just ate here and had a horrible experience! The server was unprofessional not sure what his name was didn't say (tall black male with high top hair, skinny) he didn't id me for my Alcoholic beverage and when it was served it was melted and he made it seem like he was uncomfortable with remaking it but i just kept it so when it was time to order we asked for a plain bacon ranch burger (no ranch) and the first one came out with lots of pickles the second one came out with onions and lots of ranch and the cheese was not melted at all so we asked for a remake again because at this point it was very aggravating to be 35 mins into my stay and still not ate then when asked for the manager her took forever he didn't say his name either (tall white male, bald middle age) he was very unprofessional as well didn’t offer a discount or to even keep one of the burgers that was brought out, didn’t apologize just said he didnt hear about the situation till now and will have it be remade. overall our experience was horrible and we will never come back.

We go to Chilis frequently because of the location and the menu options. To be honest, I don't always feel feel I get the best service here. On this occasion, I have to say we got the best server possible. He was attentive and personable and spot on with drinks and food. It made such a difference in our dining experience. Julian should be their model for how to provide excellent service.

Great Customer Service and food.

Let’s just get straight to the point. The asparagus tasted like straight chemicals, which was honestly off-putting. The service didn’t make things any better—our server never greeted us and was rude the entire time, even up until we were paying. Of course had to switch up the act to save it for that last minute tip. Not sure what was going on, but it definitely ruined the experience.

Top 3 Chili's location in Orlando! Very well maintained and super fast and friendly staff.
