Always a great time. Five stars!!! Clean, friendly. Chris is so nice and always makes are bowling a great experience. They lucky to have him. I had a 5 star review. Have to change it. They were lucky to have him. Chris is gone and things have changed. Not as friendly, staff doesn't care. Different vibe.

Had a fun time with the grandkids. The place seemed organized and clean while we were there.

Lanes 9 and 10 are broken. Had to go ask to get the ball back multiple times and took forever each time for the maintenance guy to get the balls back. Takes away the fun of bowling. We left in the middle of our second game because it became too much. Also can't slide on the lanes, they feel sticky. Won't return.

Really disappointing. Seemed nice but so poorly lit that you can not see the targeting arrows.

Bowling is a ton of fun, especially with friends. Concession is good, however high priced. The bar is fun- drinks expensive. They have video games but I don't play. The bathrooms NEED a huge makeover!!

Had the best time bowling with my friends and family. The waitress Kim (I hope that is your name) was so sweet and attentive. I realized I was charged double on the food as we paid cash but put a card down to start the tab. Not a big deal, called to let them know and they gave me a refund. Not only that, they sent me a letter with (2)two hours of game time for 5 people and I didn’t even ask for anything other than a refund ! This is more than a solution, I so appreciate it! Great management. Thank you Bowlero !!

My experience with Bolero has been very disappointing. About a month ago, I visited this establishment with my family to go bowling. After paying, we realized that we had been charged additional fees that did not apply. When we requested an explanation and a refund, the staff informed us that they could not return the money. As a solution, they offered us part of the compensation in food and some coupons for free games that we could use on a future visit. Today, my children went to use those coupons. The tickets clearly stated that they included a free game, and nowhere in the printed terms and conditions did it specify that they could not be used on Fridays. However, the staff refused to accept them. Most concerning was the way they were treated. My children, who were minors, were treated in a dismissive and humiliating manner. Both the employee who assisted them and the manager displayed an unprofessional attitude and showed little regard for customer service. Offensive comments were even made implying that they did not have money to pay, which was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. My children made it clear that they were willing to pay for the shoe rental, yet they were still denied the use of the coupons. At no point were they offered a reasonable solution, nor was any effort made to resolve the situation. What began as a billing error ultimately turned into an experience marked by poor customer service, disrespect, and a lack of consideration for customers. I…

We love this place. We got several times a week during the summer. My biggest complaint is that it's starting to show some wear. Some of the lanes are getting pretty warped but that definitely won't stop us from going.

The environment is lively and enjoyable, perfect for spending quality time with friends or family and creating great memories. The lanes are well maintained, everything runs smoothly, and every throw brings that exciting mix of anticipation and fun—just like life: sometimes the ball doesn’t go exactly where we expect, but the joy is in playing and enjoying the moment. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. It’s the kind of place that reminds us that happiness can be found in simple moments, shared laughter, and a little healthy competition. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and memorable time. Definitely a strike-worthy experience! 🎳

Ty made our whole experience at the bowling alley awesome. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. He had a great attitude, kept the energy positive, and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. Really fun time.

Bought the groupon for 2 hrs for 2 people and we had a blast. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Ill be going again

Fun family time

Totally enjoy atmosphere, staff was very friendly and fun to be around. Really enjoyed myself even though we were at a birthday party. A great place to bowl.

We recently celebrated my son's birthday at Bowlero Apopka, and the experience was top notch from start to finish. Planning a party can often feel like a juggling act, but the team here made it look effortless. Jessica Reid, the Event Sales Manager, was instrumental in the planning phase. She was incredibly helpful and explained every detail clearly and succinctly. She even went above and beyond to coordinate an ice cream cake with the General Manager, Christopher. Chris was equally cordial and ensured that all the moving parts were perfectly aligned for our arrival. On the day of the celebration, TJ (Theodore) provided stellar customer service. He looked after the party with a level of excellence that is hard to find. He was proactive in making sure our food trays were always replenished and handled the cake delivery with total professionalism. He even stepped in to light the candles, making the moment feel seamless for the kids and easy for the parents. If you are looking for a venue that combines great facilities with a staff that truly cares about your event, I highly recommend Bowlero Apopka. Five stars all the way.

It's not uncommon for lanes not to work properly. If they are not fixed quickly, you will be moved to working lanes. They would rather spend money on unnecessary things such as lit up numbers, rather than eliminate mold in the Ladies restroom or repair the concrete outside the front doors for safety purposes, even though people have fallen and hurt themselves.

Super fun! Still pretty much how it was when I was a kid. The arcade is really great too!

I always have a good experience at this bowlero. I rarely have a problem of any kind with the lanes. The staff has always been very friendly. The main negative here is the aging lane surfaces. The recent change all bowleros made to new oil made things worse. The arcade also isn't the greatest. Probably the least amount of machines of any bowlero I've been to. That's a negative for my kid though, not that big of a deal for me.
