Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
This listing's ratings cluster at the two ends of the scale. Reviewers who mention service rate this place 4.7 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. Whether food comes out hot follows at 24% of reviews, where ratings average 3.1.
Older reviews score better than newer ones (3.8 recent against 4.4 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (23 reviews). Behind those, plate size is raised in 21% of reviews (4.7 average).
The inspection lands in between as well: DBPR graded this kitchen a C (70/100), citing 2 high-priority, 3 intermediate, and 5 basic violations. DBPR last walked in on January 14, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 7% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. The citations behind that grade include cross-contamination and dishwashing facilities.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Slices are huge. Very affordable it's a must Everytime we go down

People, Where do I begin? The beer tastes great, the pizza tastes fantastic, and the staff is friendly. That’s all you need to know. Oh also, they give you complimentary garlic knots without even asking. They’re quite delicious. The following staff who are particularly friendly and noteworthy for their service are: Jennifer, Presley, Kai, Victoria, and Maddy.

This place is the definition of a great local spot. Great atmosphere. Friendly. Quick. Attentive. Great flavors. Huge portions ar a good price. Ordered the sausage and peppers for an appetizer then pizza, completely different flavors. Both great. This place just does it right. I will be a regular.

Service was great…. But the pizza sucked so bad. I got food poisoning. It doesn’t matter about “preference” there was ZERO flavor. I didn’t order AIR.

Stopped in for dinner tonight with my family. We are visiting from North Carolina on vacation and wanted some Italian food.Papa Vito’s was only 4 minutes down the road from our hotel, Westgate. Julie was the most welcoming and engaging server we have ever had, especially in Florida. I had the Vodka pasta and a House salad- it was OUTSTANDING. Julie made our last night in Florida wonderful! Can’t wait to come back when we visit again. I don’t normally write reviews but this young lady deserves one.

Easily the best pizza in the area. They were the only delivery people that followed the directions and actually made it all the way to the door rather than meeting them in the parking lot. The crust is soft and also crispy. Toppings were fresh and delicious. Fantastic

The pizza is one of the worst pizza I’ve ever had ordered four pies and they all sucked ?? Cheap ingredients the pizza was horrible undercooked not a good pizza!! I do not recommend this place after paying $103.00 🤮🤮🤮🤮 the delivery was good!!

As a New Yorker, I take pizza personally. This was… offensive. The crust tasted confused, the sauce had no soul, and the cheese somehow managed to be both greasy and dry. I’ve had better pizza from a middle school cafeteria like the other person said.
-
Great service, as it was crowded and I had some time to kill so I asked when it might be ready. I left and getting back I only waited about 5-7 minutes more. The Special pizza was outstanding. The grandkids were not happy with the cheese but they are extremely picky. I thought it was good also.

Solid American-Italian joint in Cape Canaveral, but this place has an almost cult-like following, which I do not get. Excellent HH and BOGO Early Bird specials (but no more wing specials) make this place a bargain (and a popular local go-to). Oh, and their single slice of pizza is as big as your head!
-
We got two slices to go. Was able to eat them outside was sooo good! Plus a good value for the size of the slice
-
Great service and tasty food!
-
Very friendly staff. Pizza was excellent and loved the huge slices! Great value as well.
-
My husband and I stopped in for lunch, our waitress kai was super sweet and came right over and greeted us. She helped us choose what wings were every ones favorite and we definitely were impressed with the choices the wings were phenomenal and the service was even better. What's better then some wings and a nice cold beer. We will definitely be back again for some more wings and maybe even Tuesdays for the specials!

We stopped in to try Papa Vito's for the first time. We are from the northeast and there are pizza places everywhere. This place could give them all a run for the money. The restaurant appeared to be clean and well maintained including the ladies rest room. Our server was Theresa. She was pleasant and attentive. She gave us suggestions and we are glad that we listened to them. We ordered a couple of draft beers. They we great pours and served ice cold. We ordered their Garlic Parmesan wings and Hot wings . They were cooked to perfection and simply delicious. We had also ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza. The crust was nice and thin and the sauce was delicious. The slices were enormous! We received a To Go container for what were couldn't finish. We certainly look forward to our next visit when we are in the area next time.

My husband & I ate at Papa Vito's with two other couples while on vacation in Florida. The food was delicious & the service was excellent!! Our server was Victoria & she exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is very friendly & Victoria was very attentive & kind. We will definitely go back. I had the best Wedge Salad ever with blue cheese dressing made in house. All of our food was excwllent!

Theresa was awesome as our server! The spaghetti with meatballs was just like my grandma made. Absolutely great!
-
Food kinda gross. Nice people but tasteless pizza, tasteless, dry garlic knots, decent wings. Meh. This is like gas station food with high end pricing.
-
Papa Vitos is one of our all time favorite pizza places! We often order them to go to share with family. We reccomend it all the time.
-
Great spot! Service was amazing. Pizza was delicious. They gifted me 2 Garlic Knots… and wow. Probably some of the best Knots I’ve had. Will definitely be ordering some next time with pasta. Looking forward to another visit!
-
Parking is a major issue. We ordered take out. The calzone was tasty but on the small size. Pizza is good. Fresh ingredients. Very hectic when we visited on a Friday night. Our order was sitting on top of the ovens but we were told it wasn't ready yet. Finally an employee, seeing us waiting for a bit checked and realized the order was in fact ready and was placed on top of the ovens to keep warm.

Attn New Yorkers. This is your spot! Best slice in space (coast). Hands down..
