Friendly staff, cold drinks and great food. Never a let down!!

Loved the bone-in wings. The dippers are very dry.

Had to seat myself, and picked 3 tables before I found one clean. Food took forever, and was very mediocre. Considering it was mid afternoon, everything should have been better

I cannot believe this place is still in business. We went Friday evening after baseball because my son was craving wings. My daughter and I ordered an appetizer before my husband and son arrived. The appetizer took over 35 minutes to come to our table and the food was underwhelming and cold. Not to mention, we were the only table besides 6 other tables in the entire restaurant. The tables not used were still dirty with previous guests trash. If the slow service and terrible food doesn’t steer you away, an employee was walking out the kitchen blowing a puff the magic dragon size cloud of vape smoke into the restaurant. Run, don’t walk from this terrible establishment.

We waited at the entrance for over 15 minutes, the waitresses kept moving back and forth, but they never came to seat us. The woman in the photo walked past and saw us, yet she never attended to us—instead, she chose to look at her phone for a while.

Service was great. Food was little slow but they were short staffed. I appreciate the staff for providing me a great birthday dinner. Thank you Jake for serving me and my friends

People wonder how a business like BW3s could shut down. Just go to this restaurant and see for yourself. No one here at 6:30 pm on a Monday June 1, 2026, yet there are insane delays, messed up orders, and incompetence across the board.

The food here is great but you’ll be standing there for 15-20 minutes waiting to be helped and the servers won’t even look at you. We ordered a to go order tonight and stood at the pickup desk for 45 minutes waiting being ignored by every single server who came up to use the computer. Servers would literally stand at the kiosk right in front of everyone waiting and wouldn’t even look up or acknowledge the line. I guess they think it’s not their job to help with to go orders or seating. Ridiculous and it’s a constant theme at this location. One person handing all TO GO and hosting while literally no one helps. 20+ people waiting to be seated or receive their order and it wasn’t even that busy.

Terrible in every way. Dead and you will be lucky if you can find someone to even take your order. Most of the time takeout is stone cold. Just close already

Had a great meal here in May 2026. Service was quick, food was hot & the best cauliflower “wings” I’ve ever had in my life. Portion sizes are huge (coming from a Brit), we shared one meal between two people and still couldn’t finish it. Great choice of sport on the TV and we enjoyed playing along with the quiz channel. I can’t remember our servers name but she was very kind, however we do remember the name of the lovely lady Shay who came to chat with us about the UK! Would definitely return here if I was back in the area!

This was the worse. Arrived there for Mother's Day as she really.loves your wings. Totally understaffed. We waited 20 min to sit then after 30 min a lady came over and accused of us self seating. After working that out we then got no drink order taken. No silverware. Over an hour for mid to meh lukewarm food.I walked to the front and said . I need to leave . I don’t want to see our server . She took our order and forgot about us . I was then accused of seating myself again. I said you’re wildly understaffed . She then wanted to argue that they were slammed because of the rain .I was completely astonished that she tried to blame me for our bad service . She asked who sat us . I told who and how we waited 30 min with everyone else . And says cause that section shouldn’t have been sat. I told her exactly who sat us and said . What about the 5 others tables that had the same server and got their drinks and silverware . She never apologized . Disappointing is an understatement

They tried to make us sit with a random group of two and took us off the line at when we said no. Definitely the worst dubs I’ve been too!

Delicious food and great value with the specials that they are offering. We hope to come here again soon.

Stopped here after driving from SC all day, our server was Jaidyn & she was absolutely amazing, unfortunately the only thing good was the salad! We bought 15 wings & the sauce tasted like it was old, like maybe they didn't clean the bucket out that they use to toss the wings in! Other than that once again our server was amazing & working really hard as we could tell and we never had to wait long for her to come check on us. We got boxs since we were staying in a hotel but we threw the wings away, they were just trash! 22 bucks for wings that we threw away! We would have been better off eating from a drive thru! Also as we sat there, we noticed that the hostess was no where to be found, people walking in stood there for so long to be seated! This place needs a lot of work!

I want to give my server a lot of recognition. His name is Jon. He went above and beyond and delivered the best service. I came here to watch the Champions League Semi Finals, and even though literally no one was aware, he put the game on for me and put the audio! I am grateful to the manager as well. Thank you so much and definitely recommend this place for footballers.

Cleanest, nicest Bdubs I’ve ever been to.

Ordered to go food- kids tenders with ranch and mild for dipping and a 6 piece bone in wings, mild, extra crispy. The tenders are still pink inside. They’re not cooked all the way the extra crispy wings are soggy because they tossed them in the mild sauce that I ordered for the kids meal after frying them to be extra crispy which defeats the whole purpose and then I still didn’t get mild dipping sauce I got some other yellowish looking sauce. I’m not sure what it is so I’m trying to figure out how to cook my food all the way so I can eat it since I’m at work.

Debbie my waitress she was fantastic. My food arrived hot and delicious. I had great service thanks to Debbie for keeping my tea glass all full. Debbie made my experience wonderful.
