HOLIDAY INN ORLANDO SW CELEBRATION AREA

So far it was $230 for Tuesday-Thursday but I have my service dog with me so there's a dog tax , resort fee, and parking comes out to and extra $180 . Insane

I have been staying at this hotel every time I come to Kissimmee. Staff is always friendly, assertive, attentive and very helpful. The lobby and rooms are always clean and well kept. Carlos went above and beyond today in which he didn’t have to do, but he saved my day from having a terrible experience at a different hotel. Carlos is the man. He’s a Super Visor for a reason in which he cares for the guests that stay here. Thank you sir for what you do. And I am officially a member of IHG and Holiday Inn

It's ok for a Holiday inn, i have definitely seen nicer more updated one's. 2 queen beds with a 21 in tv is kind of a bummer. And it's crazy that every room has a balcony but you can't smoke on them without catching a $100 charge. Just because it's across from the small amusement area of old town, it is $100 more per night that something 8 minutes down the road that is way better. Not to mention for a place that can handle somewhere around 500 people there isn't many handicap parking spots. Only 4 for the back building my wife had to walk from the back of the parking lot after having back surgery.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was great as well at the amenities that this hotel has to offer. The staff was also very polite and kind, especially Kiara who works at the front desk. She was very helpful and polite. She made our long day so much easier!

The rooms including the bathroom/personal product items, beds/bedding, fridge and microwave nice and clean.. everything was as it should be. Very nice place

Very clean and helpful staff. We stayed on our way up to convention for the American Legion. We chose this hotel as it was close enough to our next hotel that we were unable to get into for that night. It was a win/win. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I NEVEEER leave reviews but these people deserve it. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Veronica and Parisa in the lobby! They were such an amazing touch to the event and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. I was visiting friends who were attending the event, and I had to take a moment to recognize how wonderful they were. A special thank you to Veronica from bookings (or groups I think she said lol) who honestly deserves an even bigger role because she went above and beyond for us. She helped us search everywhere for my lost phone, only for it to turn out that I had left it in the bathroom the whole time! Even so, she was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping. Thank you both for making our day and for the exceptional hospitality. All of the staff were amazing, but Veronica and Parisa truly stood out in all their pride support!

Fantastic hotel. Enjoyed everything breakfast was good. Stay was clean and view was gorgeous. Loved every memories we made.

Had a blast the weekend we stayed here. Everything you could need is in walking distance if the hotel doesn’t have it. The staff was so nice and polite, Davion was so helpful when we needed help. Plan on staying here next year!!!

I stayed at the hotel recently and the service was excellent! The rooms clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool area was well cared for and the bar/food options are great. Special mention to the great staff at the front desk! They all are pleasant and professional. Carlos assisted me with a doable booking issue which was not related to the hotel, but took the extra time to confirm it had been straightened out, thank you Carlos!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re coming to GayDays and staying at the Holiday Inn on 192, you’re in good hands! This weekend was an absolute blast, and a huge part of that was the staff. From the moment we arrived, the entire hotel team was incredibly welcoming, overly accommodating, and fully embraced the GayDays spirit. Not once did we feel like we were just another room number. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, celebrated, and at home. Rafael, Carlos, and Kiara at the front desk somehow managed to keep smiling and helping people no matter how busy things got. They were always friendly, patient, and ready to help. The restaurant crew—Karin, Adriana, Marley, Sacha, and Martha—kept us fed, caffeinated, and happy all weekend long. Y’all are the real MVPs. Big love to the VIP room team: Robb, D, Rob, Skull, and Jeremy. Thank you for putting up with all of us and keeping the good vibes going. You made everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Friendly staff, a bit dated could use some freshing up. The public restrooms aren't very wheelchair friendly.

I often stay here when my friends and I go for a get away weekend but this last stay was amazing. We got there late, tired, and a little disorganized and Toni was very sweet and helpful with everything. She got us checked in and of to our room for the night quickly and held the up most patience with my questions. I would visit 1000 more times if it meant Toni was there to greet us.

Carlos at check in was super polite and accommodating. Quick and he explained all the pending charges

Great location and near many attractions. Breakfast buffet has good options! Pool is large and open late. Room service was not as hoped! We let the service desk know and they acted on it promptly, so good overall.

For the price, the quality and location of this hotel is great. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast is a good start to the day and although we didn't use the pools they looked nice for families. The hotel is on a major route near Disney World resorts and has services with shuttles there as well as with other major parks. There is also easy access to public transportation. It's a bit further from Universal but relatively close to Sea World and perfect for getting to and from anything in Disney World. Also right across from Old Town. While the highway outside if quite busy, they have dark shades in the rooms that block out all light and most noise (we had a roadside room and slept without issue). The beds are comfortable and the pillows nice and hefty. Finally a shout out to Veronica C. and her colleagues for making our long days at Disney World that much easier because the hotel stay was a breeze and restful.

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, Breakfast food was great and the service was very good. Pool area was clean and well maintained, check in/check out was very smooth and hassle free. Would definitely recommend.
