Food was cold and the lines were long

HORRIBLE AND RACIST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. Me and my boyfriend went here and ordered a large fry and chicken nugget meal. We noticed our sauces were missing and the fries barely had anything in them. My boyfriend who is African American went in to collect the fries and sauces. When he explained that that fries were not filled properly the women immediately started raising her voice and accusing him of eating them and stealing. He didn’t say anything to be polite and she kept going on and being passive aggressive. We had just pulled out of the drive through not even 30 seconds before. How could we possibly eat half a container of fries? Every time my boyfriend is the one interacting with the staff they are immediately passive aggressive EVERY time. Whenever I (a white hispanic women) go in myself or order at the window they are never passive aggressive and are polite. This has been an absolutely disgusting and horrible experience. We will never be coming here again.

They've implemented an AI agent for ordering which is already dumb enough, but it apparently can't hear you ordering when it's raining (which is extra dumb because it's always raining in Florida) and it never switched to an actual human to take orders so we eventually gave up and left to go eat somewhere else where the owner actually employs real humans that can actually take an order. If you eat here you'd be better off doing curbside or going inside to order

The restaurant was very clean and cool in the Florida summer heat. The women's bathroom was also clean. Allen was especially helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, resolving our issues swiftly and professionally, and checking on our tables while we dined.

The food was ok, but they messed up my order. Service wasn’t the best. Overall it was ok.

Food was very greasy and fries where very salty. Restaurant was clean and plenty of seating but was cold, too much A/C which I never thought I would say in Florida. Staff friendly. Machines for ordering as well as counter service. Plenty of parking and there is a drive through. Restaurant off a busy highway. Safe area. Right next to a big colourful Gift Shop!
