I had the pleasure of not only having some of the best Chicago deep dish pizza in Orlando, but also being served by the best server in Orlando as well - Trinity! If you find yourself wanting some great pizza do not go anywhere else and ask to be seated in Trinity’s section! Don’t forget the cheesy garlic bread!

I am on vacation with my family we wanted UNO so we placed a Delivery order at 6:18pm. It did say on the website it would take 65 minutes awsome perfect.. order to be delivered by 731pm . its 745 n there no confirmation that our order was recieved so we call the resturant who said we recieved it but they didnt ask for a name so i asked then okay what name is the order under which then i was put on hold. Then a manager got on the food told me the same thing we recieved so i ask him okay whats the name of the order which he then ask me what the order under.. huh?!.. Finally after giving my name he was able to confirm they have the order . 815 comes by we call the 3rd party delivery service that we havent recieved our food its been over an hour. They said we will get someone on the order Now its 830 and we ask for our order to be cancelled the 3rd party calls UNO and they refuse to cancel the order . We wanted it cancelled because who wants cold pizza the manager stated the pizza will not get to us cold . I never knew of a pizza that stood hot for 2hours .. Finally they get a driver to the location ( not the drivers fault) but they ha e 3 delivers orders n of course mine is last. It stated my order will arrive at 9:03pm welp again 910 rolls by and still no order 3 hours for a pizza for my family that is ice cold but the resturant doesnt want to cancel so they make thier money while im stuck with something thats not edible?!.. This will be the last time I order from this place…

We came in and were seated immediately ad greeted by our waitress Shannon she was the best. Food was delicious and drinks were refilled.

Shannon was an excellent waitress! She was very sweet and accommodating. We had a great experience and the food was amazing!

Shannon is awesome!! Showed a "magic trick" to our kiddo. Brought us an apron so he wouldnt destroy his clothes with his spaghetti and made sure we always had drinks refilled. The pizza was great (Numero Uno) its my favorite. Will definitely be back :)
