Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Sorted by date, these 20 reviews trend upward. Where service comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.3, so it reads as a strength. Pacing is the next most common subject, in 30% of reviews (averaging 4.3).
One subject never comes up here: plate size. The split is 16 positive to 4 negative across 20 rated reviews. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (14 reviews).
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a C (74/100) with 2 high-priority, 2 intermediate, and 4 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. DBPR last walked in on April 13, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 18% of graded kitchens in Volusia County. The citations behind that grade include in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored and plumbing installed & maintained.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Service is top notch. Despite being fast food, I feel like we received restuarant quality service. Staff went above and beyond to help not being presented as duty but actual care for a good experience. Shout out to the women working the checkout and lobby late Wednesday 6/23. She deserved a promotion. True southern hospitality

Food was delicious and fresh, blackened chicken was freshly grilled chips were amazingly good. Better than Chipotle they serve soggy chicken in my opinion. Also queso is the best here. Service was fast i usually come here from work on my lunch. Love their food.

4/17: Ordered online very easily. Arrived at exactly the time I was quoted to find my food already waiting. Within 2 minutes of arriving, my drinks were being filled and I walked out a moment later. Got home and the order was perfect. Food was delicious, and pretty affordable for a family of three. Take advantage of their daily deals.

Chicken tacos are not prepared with any effort. Very tasteless chicken. Guy at the register who prepared my soda coughed profusely when he was preparing it. I would not recommend unless you were starving and only had a few dollars for a Taco Tuesday special.

My family has been coming here since they opened. I have always been very happy with the food, service and management here. Always friendly and always professional. Food is always good. One of our favorite places to eat in Orange City.

Food was great, but Jackson was an all star! Very attentive and kind. Checking on everyone to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you!

Always a good spot for an easy meal

The beans and rice taste great in the Sanford location… now I drive out of my way to go there over this one. And I’ve tried more than just a few times. Why do y’all’s taste so sour? :(

I usually order online and pickup. I know the very busy hours and I try to come at another time. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Expensive but good is great and service great

Cooking isn’t just about throwing ingredients together and hoping for the best. It requires listening, precision, and at the very least, the ability to follow directions. Unfortunately, that basic expectation seems far beyond the capabilities of this kitchen staff. If incompetence had a training facility, this would be it.

Food was mediocre. It took way too long to receive my burrito due to The fraternizationbetween manager and employee in the back of house… I asked the employee’s names and receive the names Damien and Bella.. in my opinion working in the restaurant business for 15 years, it is a poor look for the manager of the store to be touching on younger employees on the line in front of customers… Seems like a conflict of interest, which could very well be the downfall to their ticket times And poor food quality..

Best service ever! The manager checked on us and even held the door open for our departure.
