Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Orlando!!!

We stayed here for four days while in Orlando. Great location close to Universal. Right next to alone and Miller Ale’s and a couple other food options. Good breakfast, not fancy but enough for a good start to our day. I didn’t see any cockroaches as other reviews mentioned in our room. 5 stars for service and location. I gave it a 4 stars for the room as the bathtub needed some work done. Besides that we appreciated a good size fridge, microwave, iron etc in the room. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is dated, rooms have a noticeable musty odor, and breakfast is bare minimum. For the same price, there are noticeably better options within the immediate area. Worth shopping around before booking

Hotel is a hotel could definitely use some maintenance to rooms and other than that its fine.

Muy cerca de universal, tienen un shuttle al parque y es sin costo, el desayuno sencillo por las mañanas pero bien, tienen fruta, cereal, huevo, Pancakes, café y jugo. Las habitaciones limpias también muy sencillas pero para dormir están buenas, tienen horno de microondas y mini refri. La verdad muy bien todo en relación al costo

Bon hotel, ma chambre était au 3e, propre rien à redire. La compagnie aérienne avait oublié de charger ma valise dans l'avion, le réceptionniste m'a bien aidé pour la réclamation au téléphone mon anglais étant limité. La valise est arrivée le lendemain directement à l'hôtel. Merci du coup de main.

I would like to see the hotel room how big and wide and I will look it up through my phone

Juliana is an excellent host at the deli. Her attitude, attention and smile just makes me feel like home. Very outgoing and not shy towards the guests. Definitely the hotel is really family oriented, clean and the people working there should be very valuable for the upper management.

Best prima hotel met een ietswat karig ontbijt. Verder schone kamers met een prima bed.

Stay was very nice, staff was polite, room was clean, location perfect. But my biggest rave is for service after the stay. I accidentally shipped an amazon package to the hotel location... don't ask... and when I called to see if they could assist with sending it to me Philip was awesome!! I sincerely appreciate his patience and understanding with my dilemma. I emailed him a prepaid UPS shipping label, and scheduled the pickup, he got it all ready, and my package arrived to me in just a few days. Will 100% stay with them again. Thank you Philip!!!!!

Tiene más cosas malas que buenas ! Es verdad que está cerca de universal (15 o 20 min a pie )pero eso no lo es todo… Los cuartos huelen a humedad , hay cucarachas y el desayuno es malísimo , muy pobre y sin sabor ! Solo ponen un huevo que es horrible y salchichas… Busca una mejor opción o pasarás un mal rato !!

Cockroaches in hotel hallway! Absolutely disgusting. When I alerted front desk worker, he didn’t care and reluctantly went to see. I later found the cockroach dead near an elevator. Worst customer service. Not a single hello, smile or greeting in any way. I was not offered any info about the hotel at all. I had to ask about breakfast, shuttle service, and amenities. Both attendants at my stay simply didn’t care. Barely looked at me. When I had to store my luggage, one attendant watched me struggle with lots of luggage, not offering to help. Not even to hold the door. When I did need to ask them a question, they appeared to be annoyed as if I was bothering them. I have never had such horrible service and I would not recommend coming here. This is truly a “roach motel”

3-star hotel... worst plastic plates for breakfast, you don't even see that at a gas station. There are humidity spots throughout the hotel. In the breakfast area, there is a huge one right in the middle, and all the chairs are dirty with black spots, and who knows what else... It gave us no confidence in the cleanliness of the carpets. The people who work there are awesome! That was the only thing that saved the experience.

Excellent beds, quiet room, and good breakfast. The cost of this room was less than 1/2 the cost of rooms at the Double Tree across the parking lot where my conference was being held.

As a long-time Best Western guest who has stayed at well over one hundred of your hotels around the world, I have always associated your brand with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite.||I arrived at approximately 11:40 AM and politely inquired about early check-in, making it clear that I was willing to pay any applicable fee, as I have done at other Best Western locations in the past. The front desk associate, Nick, responded abruptly that no rooms were available. When I asked if he anticipated availability later in the day, he simply repeated that no rooms were available, offering no explanation and no courtesy.||My wife and I left for lunch and returned at approximately 2:40 PM, just 20 minutes prior to the posted 3:00 PM check-in time. Once again, when I approached the desk and stated that I was checking in, Nick told me that there were still no rooms available. When I attempted to ask for clarification, I was dismissed without explanation. I then sat in the lobby and waited until exactly 3:00 PM. At that time, I was suddenly able to check in without any issue. This inconsistency only added to the frustration and confusion.||The situation escalated further when my wife was speaking in Spanish with a housekeeping staff member in the lobby, asking whether any rooms were clean and ready. During this conversation, Nick told my wife that she should not be speaking Spanish in the lobby. This comment was inappropriate, offensive, and…

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room was dingy and dirty, breakfast lacking, and when our toilet clogged, they had us come to the front desk to get a plunger to clear it ourselves.

Was walking distance to Universal Studios and some restaurants.

2nd time staying here. For the value great place to stay if your visiting the Universal parks. Walk is about 20 minutes with a bridge going over the main road. Shuttle also offered. Breakfast left a bit to be desired as limited options. Didn't use the pool or any other amenity. Would stay again for the sole purpose of visiting the parks.

The room itself seemed ok. But the bathroom was dirty. Shower and floor were dirty and black in the corners. The ceiling had mold growing on it like from the fan not doing anything when on.

Great priced hotel with clean facilities and great location (20 min walk) to Universal Studios and City Walk with complimentary breakfast and shuttle to Universal Studios.

Pros- location nearby Universal studio/downtown. Decent size of the room. Cons - Tasteless breakfasts, scrambled eggs made from powder, impossible to eat - we had to buy food at the store
