CHEDDAR'S CASUAL CAFE

Called in because I was having some issues ordering online for delivery. The person that I spoke to, Matt, who I was told is the GM was extremely rude. Swore up and down that I was wrong and what I was trying to order was not available (even though I’ve ordered this item the exact same way numerous times without an issue) . He rudely passed the phone to a lady without saying anything, and she attempted to assist me. After a few minutes we were able to figure out the issue and I was able to place the order for the item that the “GM” so rudely told me was not available before passing me off to the other employee. Probably the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. This location definitely needs to be under better management.

Horrible service, waited over an hour for the waiter to take the order and come deliver drinks. We waited another hour for the food to arrive and when it did it wasn’t worth the wait. The steak was gristle loaded. It was a birthday and the waiter neglected to tell me that the “complimentary “ piece of cake wasn’t on them but was added to the bill. I never seen a restaurant that doesn’t make any virgin cocktails as he claimed that they don’t do. Cheddars, I can understand why the majority of your locations are closing. You did NOT exceed my expectations. I won’t be returning

I just came from there, boy oh boy when I tell you that I've been to basically every restaurant, Let me tell you, CHEDDARS your food, your staff (Ronnie) gets a triple A+++ if i can give more stars i will, the food and taste is to the perfection, The Employee Ronnie is overly perfection with his work, communicating, and skills is off the charts, when i say give him and the place Flowers when it's due, we'll let me tell you, I GIVE YOU AND YOU ALL FLOWERS NOW.

Great family restaurant

My husband and I had flown in, and where tired and needing some good food. Kiana our waitress was so sweet, and said one of the other waitress i guess had left but she did amazing even though we weren't supposed to be her table. Our food was delicious and we enjoyed some good iced tea after being out of the country!

I visited Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen during a family outing and had a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant felt welcoming and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the visit. The seating area was clean, comfortable, and suitable for both small and larger groups. Food arrived fresh and nicely presented. The menu included plenty of choices, so everyone at the table was able to find something they liked. Service was steady throughout the meal, and the staff remained polite and helpful whenever needed. I appreciated that the dining area stayed clean and organized even as more customers arrived. Parking was available nearby, which made the visit much more convenient. From the quality of the food to the overall environment, everything felt well managed. It was a comfortable place to spend time with family, enjoy a meal, and have a relaxed conversation without feeling rushed.

We visited Cheddar's while in Orlando before our cruise, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. As a NASCAR fan and supporter of Kyle Busch, I had always wanted to try a restaurant that has sponsored him, and it did not disappoint. The food was very good, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere with unique decor that felt warm and welcoming. Service was friendly, and the overall experience was much better than what I expected from a chain restaurant. Unfortunately, the closest Cheddar's to where I live in Michigan is about 1.5 hours away, otherwise I'd probably visit more often. If you're in the area and looking for a good meal at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend giving Cheddar's a try. Would happily eat there again on a future Orlando trip.

I placed an order online for a pick up and it asked me for a tip why I don’t know, but I tip five dollars. It wasn’t a big order when I pick up my order on the receipt. It didn’t show the tip the amount they wanted me to give another 20%. I checked my bank account and they did took the full amount plus the tip I had already given the first time be very careful I want you to tip extra.

Siendo un cliente muy frecuente del lugar por años recibí una mala experiencia del manager. hoy 14 de junio 2026 hora 7:00 pm. Ya que siempre voy con mi hija y su cachorra de soporte emocional, no ladra, no molesta y muchas veces se dan cuenta que esta con nosotros es al salir del restaurante ya que siempre esta debajo de la mesa. Nos dijeron que no podíamos estar por ella en el sitio, luego de un aproximado de 20 veces haber ido al lugar. El manager fue grosero y se notaba racista (uno amanerado) pero lo mas irónico es que en Miller House que queda super cerca. No colocaron ninguna objeción. Perdieron un cliente.

Food was excellent....hot. Staff great customer service. Priced right.

This will be a long review as today was a make up visit for the issues I had last time. Today I arrived to someone yelling at the front podium staff. When i went to my table i overheard the waitress telling the hostess the issue. I got my honey croissant and it was hard as a rock. (That was actually the issue of the person yelling as well) i mentioned it and got another one. It was better but usually they are so soft and warm they melt in your mouth. It was alright but tasted like it was old. I ordered the steak & chicken tender platter with broccoli cheddar casserole & sweet baby carrots. The steak tasted old. It definitely didn’t hit the spot i had been dreaming of. The rest of the meal was alright but nothing to brag about. Service was sporadic & not extraordinary or even good to be honest. I did speak with a manager and advised him of my thoughts as this was my “give us another chance meal” i Don’t think i would come back to this location unless a friend begged me to. Last time I was seated as a sticky table, moved, avoided like I had the plague. It took so long for the waiter to even acknowledge me. I ordered a steak medium rare and it came out harder than a hockey puck. He kept avoiding my table and there wasn’t many people around at that hour so no reason for It that i could tell. They offered to make me another one but i was on a time crunch and had to leave so that wasn’t an option for me. 2 different visited several weeks between and sadly nothing has changed as I…

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience today with food pick up! They gave me the half the order, I wanted about 35 extra from the already 20 minutes you have to wait for the food. It was also not rush hour the I had to go inside for them to fix my order and it was so empty so so empty and so was the parking lot. They have no customer service!!! Gave us nothing extra for waiting at all. Such bad experience! Then the item we were waiting for the gave us the smallest box of fries they found I guess. I would’ve might as well gone and sat down inside. I wish I could take my tip back. There was also people that came after us that were having the same issue for a cheddars that was almost empty.

Very disappointed! The server was great but the food far from that, I got burnt ribs… I think their food has become bad lately. I need to give it a rest now. I was a fan… too bad.

We had an amazing dinner to celebrate my mom's birthday. They were so considerate of our needs, placing us in a quieter corner so my mom could hear. Food was great and server was friendly, quick, and attentive
