What diners say — our read

The most recent reviews here are worse than the older ones — 1.8 against 4.2. Opinion on how long an order takes is split — those reviews land at 3.0 on average. After that, the staff appears most often — 33% of the corpus, averaging 3.8.

Conspicuously absent: price, which no reviewer brings up. Of the 15 rated reviews, 7 sit at four stars or better and 4 at two or below. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 7 of the 15 reviewers who rated.

On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (85/100) with 1 high-priority and 7 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That inspection was on April 27, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 30% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were cross-contamination and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.

If whether food comes out hot is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Everything above is computed from the 15 reviews reproduced below.

I love the customer service in the drive thru line, but every time I drive away, something is missing from my order. This defeats the purpose of shopping at CFA for me personally. This location in particular almost always forgets my salad toppings. In fact, the last 2 times in a row, just the basic salad… no southwest toppings. The fries were also soggy this last time and they took forever to come out so I thought they’d be fresh. My drink barely had ice in it. Maybe the owner could touch base with their staff again about thoughtfully packing orders.

The coffee was super cold and hash brown was soggy, and I had to go twice

  • June 24, 2026

The food was good, but the drive through was insanely long.

The slowest Chick fila I’ve ever been too. It’s on the way to work takes like 20 minutes for breakfast

  • June 22, 2026

I walk 10 mins from my house in the heat to come get food and waited on the line for over 13 mins and when i get to the front she says the system is down and cant scan my QR code. Not once did they mention it while people are online just wasted my time and walking back home with no food!!!! Very upset!!!!

Very busy right by the airport

  • June 15, 2026

Stopped by the Chick-Fil-A near the airport after the dentist to get a milkshake for now, and get a sandwich for later at 10:10 am. Was told the sandwich order couldn't even go into the system until 10:30 when the menu changes -- unlike every other Chick-Fil-A in the area that will let me put in the order but just wait a little longer. App wouldn't work, either. Ended up just getting the shake, but it's tiny -- a small cup -- for $5+. Next time, if I'm in this part of town and want a shake, I will just stop by Arby's.

Great experience at Chick-fil-A! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the customer service was outstanding. Antonio was friendly, attentive, and made sure guests were well taken care of. His dedication truly stood out!

Very dissapointing to see an employee Robert just standing around doing nothing there while a customer had a spilled drink . He didnt care to help. Also the employee continued to pile trash on top of counter instead of emptying out the filled up trashcan. I believe customer service was a huge fail.
