The 4.1-star average is misleading — almost nobody actually rated it that. The staff tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.3 stars. How long an order takes is the next most common subject, in 23% of reviews (averaging 3.7).
A third strand, serving size, appears in 15% of them at 5.0 stars. Of the 13 rated reviews, 10 sit at four stars or better and 3 at two or below. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 10 of 13.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (80/100) with 2 high-priority and 4 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That result dates from February 5, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 19% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat food and handwashing.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

This is for all the delivery drivers please please please stop forcing us into the drive through to wait through at minimum 10 cars at any point ive been here. It takes 20 minutes to get through the lines here and we dont get paid by the hour. Also over crowding the drive thru by forcing us in here. Everytime ive grabbed food for myself it has been soggy and cold after sitting out for the amount of time waiting in the drive thru

Chick-fil-A.... always consistent. Busy restaurant, but they always get you fed with great food and service. It's always a pleasure.

I went to this location at 9:30 to get some nugs and Tino kindly took my order outside., only to then see he was also at the window, giving me my food! There was a huge line and they seem to have been understaffed. I hope they are recognized for all their hard work! I see you, Tino 🫶🏻

I was there last week and there was a man being extremely rude to an older lady with a navy blue shirt and glasses. Something about a cookie. I felt so embarrassed for her. She tried everything but he was just so rude. Needed to be said. I am glad I remembered to leave this review because that guy was a quack.

Employee's are so courteous and friendly. My order is always correct and there's plenty of staff on duty to make sure your waiting time is minimal.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Rachel and Tino were the most helpful and friendly people I’ve ever met, made this visit super memorable!
