Ordered 2 bowls and they had hair First and last time here

I have had a couple very bad experiences at this Chipotle. I hardly ever give bad reviews but this Chipotle checks all the one stars. I have went there at 930 at night and they had no meat except steak and tofu garbage, they had no salsa, no sour cream, no lettuce, no guacamole. It was pretty unbelievable and when I asked where all the food was, I was yelled at by the employee! You wont find me here ever again....

App says “done” however, still had to wait inside!! Order said done at around 10:50 and here I am still waiting at 11:00am… also doors open at 10:45 am and was waiting until past 10:50am and even had to knock on door.. WTH get it together, that’s frustrating

Stale chips, cleanliness of food stations, freshness of food, cleanliness of staff. ALL NEED improvement. Went in starving, walked right out as food was being put together.

This Chipotle met my expectations and was a good experience. The food was fresh and the portion size was generous.

The food is nice and healthy,the sizes of the restaurant is medium, and you can eat inside the restaurant, the price is cheap, the time for working hours in the restaurant is open at 10AM and close at 11 PM, it is great Mexican restaurant.

worst chipotle ever no one seems like they want to be there my food is so greasy and this location has been shut down multiple times for rodent and pest control

Cinco de Mayo offering of free guac and chips had to be online only and the online wouldn’t add to cart Oscar refused to honor the request when asked

First and last time at chipotle for me. One of the worker was disrespectful with us, pretending we dont speak proper english (everybody understood us except him), he didn’t put what we asked in the bowl, was pointing us with his finger at some point and was obnoxious while speaking slang. Worst expérience for me, never had that Kind of expérience in a fast food.

I had to leave a review after the service I just received at Chipotle Mexican Grill off Kirkman Road. I’m a Black woman, and the way I was treated didn’t sit right with me at all. As my food was being handed to me, it was just left sitting there while the employee rang up another customer—no acknowledgment, no “one moment please,” nothing. That alone was already poor service. Then when I asked for light fajitas and sour cream, she dumped a huge amount of sour cream on my food. When I told her it was too much, she completely ignored me. To make things worse, they didn’t even have guacamole ready. Overall, the service was unprofessional, inattentive, and honestly disappointing. Experiences like this are exactly why people are starting to prefer places like Cava.

Whoever the girl behind the counter was, was rude and just seemed hostile towards anyone she was helping. I scanned a reward I had and because they already rang it up I scanned again and she said since it had already been used (it hadn't) thag it wouldn't let me use it. Which is crazy cause she just saw me scann it the first time and still made me pay for it. This is my first time here and it made me just never want to come here again quiet frankly.

The workers sat in the back talking instead taking the orders it’s a mess and she just threw my food everywhere and had terrible manners I’m sorry for whoever goes in there that is a good human

I’ve been a customer of that location for 2 years, i don’t know what happened lately the cooking really needs improvement. Today i’ve received an uncooked rice , unfortunately for me i had my food delivered.

Food is amazing and Shanice provided above and beyond service. Food was quick, easy, and made with care.

I lost my ID and the staff saved it for me. Also they are very kind always :) Very clean and also great food :D

My review is simply based on time. It is listed on the door and on Google that they open at 10:45am. I arrived at 10:50. There were two others waiting and the doors were still locked. Your customers come on their lunch hour. While customers are "wating" 15 min for the employees to get it together, that is time taken away from their lunch. A short Black female with braids came & opened the door at 10:56...no good morning, no I'm sorry for the wait.. nothing. Where is their customer service?

My favorite Chipotle location. Richie has ninja-like burrito-wrapping skills. I’m happy this location is close to my house.

I’ve been to other chipotle’s and never had a bad experience when I went into the chipotle yesterday it wasn’t super clean like how I seen the other stores and also this guy making the bowls was rushing because he was ready to get off and no one was there to relieve him. Finally, a manager told him that he can go. I don’t mean to sound vulgar, but after eating from this chipotle store, I have had the worst onset of diarrhea in my life and I never had any issues at any other chipotle’s with it running my stomach so something about the food or they’re not washing their hands properly or something. My stomach is very sensitive so like I said it’s either handwashing or something to do with the food because no other chipotle has done this to me. I haven’t had Pepto-Bismol since I was a kid. I’ve had to drink the whole bottle of Pepto-Bismol because of this particular location do not eat here!!!!!!!!!!! You’ve been warned.

The server gave me a tablespoonfull of barbacoa as if it was coming out of his own paycheck and the cashier was rude. The counter and food area was dirty needless to say I'm calling the DBPR. The host on the receipt says ZARAHI

I went in after a long day of work and they didn’t have anything but thoughts and prayers to after people to eat 🙂

I love it, these people never fail to put double scoop for free for my bowls.

It is a very busy location!
