Was forced to purchase a drink to use a coupon that doesn't require any drink purchase to use the coupon.... They refused to take the drink off the bill

We are vegetarians and everything came out in a timely manner. We have been here before and had to wait extra long but the staff tonight we on top of everything! Everything was fresh, and stocked continuously!

There's this guy, like...dang it, I don't know his name but he was the best. Excellent customer service. He was friendly, accommodating, and he even made sure I got the pizza I wanted when they ran out of it, going so far as to double check. He didn't have to do that, but he went the extra mile for my sake. He was awesome... damnit, I really wish I had gotten his name. You'll know him if you see him. He's got curly hair and he can speak Spanish. Best employee in my opinion

Classic cicis, I've been coming here for almost 20 years. Started on Sundays after church with the rest of the youth group. The owner has done a great job at maintaining high standards and developing a great culture within the team. The manager has been there for years and is a great guy. I like to visit a few times a year and everytime I go back in feel like family. Hot and fresh food, always very clean.

The food was replenished on the food line as soon as the workers so it needed replenished. They also keep a very clean and tidy food bar.
