GORDON RAMSAY FISH AND CHIPS

Extremely disappointed with our experience here. I was expecting high quality tasty food coming with Gordon Ramsay’s reputation. Basically Captain Ds… would not recommend.

I ordered the Gordon combo... with dirty chips with chorizo. The fish, chicken, and shrimp were better without the batter. No seasoning or very minimal seasoning on the batter so I removed it which kinda defeats the purpose. The chips were overcooked and for the first time in my life I didnt finish my fries and I absolutely love French fries (chips). Spent $65 on two Gordon Combos with drinks.....never again. Highy Disappointed. The seating outdoors is the best thing about this place.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food was excessively oily and greasy, making it difficult to enjoy. Even fast-food chains like McDonald's offer better quality and consistency. The customer service was equally disappointing—it felt as though the staff were doing me a favor rather than providing service. Overall, the food quality and customer experience fell well below expectations, and I would not recommend this place.

I was in Orlando on a short vacation with family and My 23 year old niece has read some reviews about GR Fish & Chips and consistent we try. The fish was cooked to perfection. The fries, refresh and crispy, and the service was absolutely amazing.

We ordered the combos with fish, chicken, and shrimp. The oil was clearly old because all of the items were pretty dark in color. The flavor wasn't horrible on them but definitely not good oil and the shrimp was a clump of them fried together. Now to add to this we also added on lobster. For $10 you get basically a fried shell with 2 quarter size pieces of lobster with overly battered meat. The batter was gooey and uncooked inside still and a complete disgusting mess. The lobster was inedible. I asked them about the lobster and they said thats how it was. I had to address them a second time and they tried to just ignore my request for refund. They took our info and said that corporate deals with refunds. This is not how we expected a Gordon Ramsay restaurant to be. I doubt we will see our refund and if thats the case I will submit all info I need to for our CC company to help handle this. This place isn't worth the hype, especially for how expensive it is.

Food has no flavor food and fries was cold and not worth the charge up for dirty fries barely any toppings and then when I told them the fires was cold they bout me them back with out toppings and I had to say something about that still just got bacon and not much cheese it was expensive and really not worth it an I’m Gordon Ramsay #1 fan he needs to come here.

I was so excited to eat at GORDON RAMSAY FISH AND CHIPS. That excitement turned into regret. We spent 65 dollars for two just for the food to be disgusting, the dirty fries was cold. The fish and shrimp had absolutely no flavor at all. Everything tasted exactly the same. Fries were greasy. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

You have got to try Gordon Ramseys fish and chips if you are in the area! The staff is super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh! Go try the seasonal cookie butter milkshake before its gone! It is seriously the best milkshake i have ever had!

The staff was personable and made sure our order was correct. There is a small amount of seating inside. However, there is a good amount of seating outdoors. Would recommend getting the dirty chips. There are 3 versions of dirty chips and they are all good.

The fish was fresh and delicious and sitting outside was fun

Foi o melhor fish & Chips que já comi. Empanado perfeito, peixe de muita qualidade e molhos maravilhosos! Voltarei sempre que puder! Amei!

Unfortunately fish was burned badly and chips also burned as well very greasy, looking forward to this but let down not the usual food from a high end place like this

If you want proper fish and chips go to an English pub, this is a tourist trap. It's just a glorified fast food chain. I never thought I'd see the day where Gordon Ramsay used fish sticks for his fish and chips! A proper fish and chips should be a fillet not strips and you know they only did it for speed because a single filet takes longer to cook than strips. After seeing this place it makes me think that the way he acts on TV is just for show. The man has to have zero standards if he's willing to put his name on a this place, choosing speed and profits over quality and taste! Such a shame.

Keke provide top notch best of world class service! She checked in on us to be certain we were awesome & never stopped working the entire time we were there. Oh & the Fish & Chips along with the numerous sauces were outstanding - better than expected - loved sitting outside by the waterfall

Best fish and chip shop that we’ve ever eaten at , Gordon Ramsey certainly knows how to put his name to the best food

I come to Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips in Orlando pretty much every summer and I can’t and won’t miss it. The customer service is always on point, the cleanliness is always kept up, the bathrooms are tidy, and the whole place is just a vibe. I especially want to recognize Pat and Dee for going above and beyond today to make sure our visit was even better than the last. We’re a large family, and them helping pull tables together so we could all sit together meant a lot. Even coming out to check on us and ask how everything was going is above and beyond to me. Thank you both for making us feel welcomed and taken care of every time we visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Food!! Great Service!! Pat and Dee took care of everything, the new kiosk makes it quick and easy to order. Food was delicious, vibes were amazing!!

I had the Fish and Chips (upgraded the chips to have truffle, parmesan cheese, chive, parsley) and the Strawberries & Cream Shake. The fish and chips are good but the amount you get for the price is disappointing, you are different paying for the name association. The shake is small but one of the best strawberry shakes I have ever had.

Expensive, you're paying for the name; the fish is lean and very oily, the combo isn't worth $20 without a drink.
