HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DRIVE

Clean, renovated, well maintained. Coffee was very good, didn't have breakfast but it looked good. My only complaint was that our 2 bd suite didn't have working bathroom doors, or didn't close well.

Gave 5 stars for the price,area,and nice,clean room with excellent staff. We are usually at the westgate resort,but since this was a last minute staycation for my 5 year old baby boy,and myself. I jumped on groupon, and took the chance! Im pleasantly surprised,and will definitely be staying here again. Staff was amazing from front desk to breakfast,and the janitor!!! Everyone was friendly, and goes out of their way. My son really enjoyed himself as well. Next time we will try the presidential suite!!!

Have been waiting on an email back from Achraf, who is apparently the property manager and have not received any follow ups on a refund request for a reservation I was not able to get to due to a flight cancellation!

Good except the $16/ day parking when there is not a shortage for parking spots whatsoever. I thought the location would cause for extra noise with interstate traffic close by but it was very quiet. Location ok but kind of off the beaten path so walking many places in the miserable temps and humidity this time of year isn’t recommended. Beds comfy and room was clean.

Staff was great! Hotel is a little off the beaten path but was clean and in a good condition and decently priced. Close to public transportation and Ubers were also reasonably priced.

Wasn't this place for one night and it's very good plenty of parking only thing is it's off the roadway and behind buildings if you don't listen you'll run right past

Rooms smelt amazing, staff went the extra mile. And you’re able to leave your car parked while you go on airplane or a cruise

We stayed in a 2 bedroom King suite, the rooms were large and comfortable. The only "con" is the Jack & Jill bathroom needs to have a separate water closet instead of being in the room with the shower and tub. There were 5 adults and 1 child, we made it work but a separate room would have been nice. Overall - great location easy access to many restaurants and activities.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tiene solo el problema del desayuno que es muy poca variedad, pero por sobre todo, quiero resaltar la muy mala atencion de la persona que esta en la cocina y repone. Es la segunda vez que voy en los 3 años, y es la misma. Siempre esta enojada, y te contesta con mala gana. Es una pena porque perjudica a todo el hotel. Es la unica persona, y lamentablemente es la primera que vez cuando bajas porque esta en el desayuno.

Overall top notch experience except for dirty toilet. Front desk responded immediately to my complaint.

This hotel was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was decent. We used this hotel because it was close to the parks. The staff was friendly and greeted you on Arrival. The Hal’s and rooms were clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towls.

We had a single night's stay at this property while in Orlando for a business appointment. The hotel property is not very visible from the main road, but it is a clean and very reasonable/ convenient location to all things Universal and Idrive. The General Manager Steven goes above and beyond to ensure guests are well cared for and his staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options and we had a well appointed, comfortable room. If you need a Universal convenient IHG property, this is an excellent choice!

Great stay! Room smelled fresh and carpets were clean. Front desk was very nice. Breakfast was a little different each day. The only thing was that there was no bacon as some reviews had stated this.

Awesome hotel! Everything was so clean.

The bed was absolutely heaven! The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent- so tasty! The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower had ample pressure, unlike a lot of hotels that I have stayed in. This is going to be my "go to" hotel when we are in Orlando. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I will be staying here again next month and I'm really looking forward to the convenience of their location, excellent service, great food- and the comfortable bed.

I believe for the price and location there should be more to do for the kids

When we checked in Dahlia helped us and was more than welcoming. She was so nice and professional. I have been alot of places and by far she has been the nicest that I have came in contact with. This hotel was very clean and rooms were perfect. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were nice. We stay here every year and this was the best stay so far.
