Rude server and service

Just ordered a togo order and the older man placing my order applied gratuity to my order after I said I was going to be paying cash. The previous total was 8 dollars cheaper when I said I was paying card, when I asked why the price went up he said “taxes.” This will be my last time eating here.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that many of the tables were dusty and hadn’t been properly cleaned. I was the only customer there at the time, yet several tables in the back still had trash sitting on them, making the restaurant look neglected and unprofessional. The biggest issue was the restroom. After placing my order, I went to use the bathroom and immediately walked back out the moment I opened the door. It was so unsanitary that it made me seriously question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. A dirty restroom is often a reflection of overall cleanliness standards, and what I saw was unacceptable. As for the food, it was extremely oily and nothing special. The only thing I actually enjoyed were the drinks. Between the dirty tables, trash left sitting around, and the condition of the restroom, I left very disappointed. Management needs to take cleanliness and sanitation much more seriously because first impressions matter, and this one was terrible.This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Food was exactly what my wife and I wanted in a boil. Absolutely spectacular. I got the Dungeness with crawfish and it was perfect. Wife got a combo and it was also fantastic. But towards the end I went to the restroom to wash my hands and, wow. The urinal was non existent, and the toilet seat in the men’s handicapped restroom was also missing. Then they have their dry storage sloppily stacked by the back wall. Idk, but if there’s problems like this in view of guests I cannot imagine what’s going down behind that kitchen wall. Had I not got up to wash my hands and seen that this place would be 5 stars. And then they had the audacity to have a sign in the front door saying the restroom is only for paying customers. Lol what restroom!? Again, the food was delicious and we both left happy. I’ll honestly be back.

Server was quick and pleasant I ordered seafood boil and wings the wing raw and boil was salty they dont have frozen drinks so I got a shirly temple the best thing on the menu.....tip was included which I honestly feel like tip is suppose to be on the customers dime ...anywho if u got high bp dont come here and no refills

I will never eat this place again. The food wasn’t fresh. Had the WORST stomach pain of my life almost ended up in the ER. thanks to GOD and my prayers I’m doing better. Service was fast but a little too fast.

Not what I was expecting looked like old bar was there and old Chinese restaurant

I came in the store. This was my first time at this location. I always go to the one in kississimme. I order half a dozen of oysters well done lemon butter garlic also ordered 6 chicken wings sweet chili sauce. Chicken wings were good when I got ready-to-eat my oysters when I got to work 30 mins away. The Oysters was nowhere near well done. And soon as you pick them out of the shell, they're soft and falling apart. I call the restaurant to inform them and they told me there's nothing they can do.I will need to drive 30 mins back to the restaurant to bring my order back for a refund.I would never order from this restaurant and I suggest anyone that's ordering takeout.You taste your food before you take it out

It was a bit expensive. Service was average

Didn't even get to order anything. Front glass door was filthy. Table we were sat at wasn't any better.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They were supposed to open at 11:30, but the staff didn’t arrive until around 11:40. They clearly saw us standing at the door waiting and still took their time coming in. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all!

I don't really write reviews but I've been going to this Juicy Crab for about 2 years or so. I always loved the food and tipped the waitresses to show appreciation. Today, the waitress "TingTing" showed her true colors when I didn't tip today and lashed out on me in front of other customers trying to embrass me. The restaurant was a bit busy and I understand that there are other people to attend to but she did not check on me as usual when I come there. I asked for a refill for a sweet tea to go and the drink is included in free refills. She was implying that she was doing me a favor instead of reflecting on her poor customer service today. All the times I tipped in the past, I realized none of her actions were genuine and I should have realized when I tipped $3 one time and she was confused like "That's it????" I will never return to the restaurant after today but I wished that things didn't happen this way.

Great happy hour

The service is horrible. I went yesterday during lunch with my friend the server was weird and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
