Madison was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the things they could enjoy at Launch. They were so excited to play after she patiently waited on us! Service was spectacular! We will be back! The park itself is very clean and workers were very helpful and polite. Pricing is very reasonable and they have a quantity of activities for everyone. Great place to let your children burn out energy and they also have a bar so us adults can enjoy our time as well! We will definitely be back!

Loads of fun!

I brought my 12 year old and 10 year old here on a week day over the summer and they had the best time! They really enjoyed the trampoline area, the air basketball, and the arcade! The laser tag was a little lacking, according to them, but overall it was a great day!

Great time as always at Launch with the kiddos! Enjoyed meeting Joey today, kids loved it. The place is always clean and food is great!

Mia at the bar was amazing!!! Her friendly customer service and drink knowledge was outstanding. She made the BEST margarita! Can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing guest service from Andrea, absolutely made entering the park a lot easier and enjoyable than most places I have visited!

I took my nephew and experienced excellent service. It was clear the staff truly cared it was a satisfactory experience as they went above and beyond to ensure it. I was especially impressed with Pedro(mgmt). He was kind and professionalism, which also trickled down to the staff. Natalia(employee) was also friendly and very helpful. In today’s economy, families really want to get the most out of their money. LFEPO is a friendly, fun, affordable and safe environment where they can do that.

Andrea was so professional, patient and such a sweetheart as she worked with so many large parties! Thanks for making our first visit so wonderful! We'll be back!

more than 20 min wait to sign in on a thursday when there were only 2 families in front of us. we left. get it together.

Shame the place has gone downhill since opening... came in on a slow Tuesday and front desk girls rude and appeared Ike I interrupted them chatting so we walked out.

My granddaughter age 9 had a party there. The staff were very patient with the girls on the zip line Came early afternoon,so it wasn't too busy. Got busier after 3:00 pm

This was my son’s 6th birthday, and it was the first birthday party I’ve ever planned and set up myself. Nichole, our host, was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience so special and memorable. She was organized, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We truly appreciate all of her hard work and kindness in making my son’s birthday unforgettable!

Plenty to do! Wife and I took 4 young grandsons: 9, 6, 6 and 4 year olds. Besides the trampolines there is a short zip line, laser tag room and plenty of arcade games and games that kids can win prizes. All 4 grandsons played dodgeball. Our 4 year old seemed to enjoy it the most. He was in the thick of it so the bigger kids seem respectful of his size. No one came away crying so that's a plus. 🙂 I would say that Launch is for kids from maybe 3 to maybe 12. Older kids might enjoy it but parents should be aware that bigger kids need to be mindful of the younger ones in the trampoline area. Older kids would definitely enjoy the arcades which there are a lot, and the laser tag. All of this I easily give 5 stars ! Price(s) are reasonable until... Each "event" has its own price. We all had lunch and the menu has an assortment for kids and adults. There's even a bar with adult drinks which is also a plus. Still 5 stars. Launch does have hand sanitizer stations throughout but bring some disinfectant hand gel/spray and wipes for your kid's hands after leaving. As much as we washed and disinfected our hands 2 days later everyone was sick! Probably something picked up from another sick child. I don't know if Launch has a daily spray down of ALL play areas but being sick for 3+ days wasn't what my wife and I had hoped for and we're both still not fully recovered after a week so this is why I'm giving 4 stars.
