PDQ

Lorenzo took our order at the drive thru! Was extremely attentive, kind, and informative about the menu :) Food came out supper fast with everything in it and was delicious!

I only had waffle fries and a milk shake so I can't comment on the chicken. The staff was rather friendly and the food was good. The "PDQ" sauce was a little over peppery in my opinion, but it wasn't bad. First time so I am not sure if the sauce was off or that's just how it normally tastes. Would definitely go back to check out the chicken. My fries were hot and crispy, my milkshake cold and shaken. 🤣

I chose not to eat here today. We walked in about 2:30 pm and were greeted. Went to find a table to sit down and order and not one clean table in the restaurant with more than a half a dozen available.. Made the decision to not stay. if at 2:30 in the afternoon when the restaurant isn't and you can't keep the tables cleaned off, that doesnt bode well

This place is sssooooo good. Please don't tell Chick-fil-A I'm out here cheating on them.

I normally go to the PDQ Lake Nona and love it there and the grilled tenders are pretty large. When I came here, they were way smaller. :( I also ordered a large fry portion, when I got it it only had 1/4 what it was supposed to be, when I went to the front, they filled it 75%. Not sure if this is how they are supposed to be…? :(

Christian working the pick up window was really polite. He communicated efficiently and got me taken care of in a timely manner. We need more Christian like workers!

Pulled up to the drive through at 10:43 not realizing that they’re not open until 11, a very nice lady just took my order anyway and had a guy in there ring me up. Then the manager Jose pulled me up to wait on the fresh food and gave me a complimentary cookie!! I am in awe at the customer service at this location!! Definitely making the drive over here moving forward ❤️

The team here is phenomenal. The good is always delicious and the store is always clean but the customer service is the main reason I come.

PDQ is one of my favorites out here. The sweet tea is lackin sweetness, but it’s OK.

Whatever crew worked the Sunday 4/12 night shift were SO kind, all of them! Especially Lorenzo at the window. Will definitely keep this PDQ in mind for future quick service stops. (Nuggets over strips, sweet sriracha sauce over any other sauce, iykyk.)

Visited from So-Cal, which we only have Raising Canes. We wanted to try something local, and it was a great choice. Loved the crispiness of the chicken, compared to Canes. And the different sauces, was definitely a treat to try. If ever in the area again, would definitely have it again.

I place a delivery order online using PDQ website. And never receive my order from Jose who works for Skipcart - a 3rd party delivery service. I contacted the store and the manager was very resonsive and refunded money. Knowing that I didn't have lunch he remade my order and delivered my order to my home himself. Wow what GREAT Customer service, 10/10.
